Great hotel. Perfect location in Camp de Mar. A stone's throw from the beach. The pool is excellent. The shallow part of the main pool is suitable for children, and the children's pool is a good depth for them to play in. The food is very good (especially the paella and sushi!), and the staff are attentive and kind. The drinks are excellent and the bar staff are super friendly. The kids club is wonderful. Left out 5 and 4 year olds there for various morning/afternoon sessions, and they loved it and Ciara-she was so good with them, which made the evening entertainment even more fun (especially the kids' disco). We also had a photo session with Yassyn from Holiday Photography. A very nice person and great photographer—I have some great pics of me and my family the seafront. Overall, I'd highly recommend Alua Gran Camp de Mar.

Amazing experience!!! Me and my partner took a short trip 3 night /4 days to recharged and we were impressed with the all included package. The room was clean, and staff comes every day to tidy and mop the floor. The food was delicious and had variety. The beach is only minutes waking and you have few shop around if you need something. Pool / Bar are are very well stocked, multiple drinks available. It's quite away from Palma city centre however it got very good connections, bus runs every hour and it's a taxi stop as well.

We had a lovely stay. The pool area and rooms were so clean. The really nice man who cleaned the sun beds area early every morning was just who you need as staff and worked really hard. The food was okay , our only issue was not everything was labelled or wasn’t correctly labelled. That was the only let down in that part. The bar staff and drink selection we liked. The reception staff were quick and informative. Overall we loved our stay and the area it is in is lovely, not a lot to do but if you just want to chill it’s perfect :)

Our 3rd time here, absolutely love the place. Location is perfect with easy access to the sea through the rocks, perfect for snorkelling or swimming straight into deeper water, but the beach is just a short walk if you prefer sand. The pool is great as well, although I prefer the sea so don't use it that often. Hotel is always clean and the huge reception area is a nice, comfy place to sit and cool off from the heat if you need to. The staff are also super helpful. In particular I would like to mention Vanesa and Oksana at the Tropic Bar in the adult sun area, lovely ladies, fun and excellent friendly service. Also the head chef Edgar and his team, they produced superb vegan food for my wife. Absolutely 100% plan on returning for a 4th trip here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean. A few ants were there but they were very few. The food was also good. A little more variety would have been perfect. At breakfast more types of muesli then it would have been very good. Vanesa at the bar in the upper outdoor area was the highlight for us. She was so kind and does her job so great. She deserves a raise! All in all it was a great holiday, with great experiences on site. We will come back and recommend the hotel.
