We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean. A few ants were there but they were very few. The food was also good. A little more variety would have been perfect. At breakfast more types of muesli then it would have been very good. Vanesa at the bar in the upper outdoor area was the highlight for us. She was so kind and does her job so great. She deserves a raise! All in all it was a great holiday, with great experiences on site. We will come back and recommend the hotel.

I had an amazing short vacation at Alua Camp de Mar! It was the perfect place to recharge, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. One of my favorite things was being able to use the sunbeds right on the sea front — such a great way to relax! I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

Great Location for this hotel. Beach is only a few steps away, with local supermarket and some chineese stuff shops. Around there are a good few dining options. The hotel itself is clean, fresh smell, pools are clean and spacious. Rooms are quiet small, but you dont spend mutch time there. Cleaned daily. Some issue with small ants, we were in 2nd floor, guess 4th floor and up would not have it. 2sets of 4lifts gets you to the room with no delay. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options to get your morning started.

This is our second time in here. This time, we paid extra for a “my favorite club” which was a good deal. The room we got had an amazing view, maintaining great condition throughout our stay. We got free access to the ocean side sun bed which was nice, and seperate lounge to chill. Food was all good, nothing to complain. There were a few downsides - although the website clearly states that the favorite club will allow us to do late check out, that was not true. We were told to check a day before if the room is available, and when we did, the male receptionist didn’t even check our room number and just said no it’s not possible. Please remove the statement if it’s not included in the deal. Also, a lot of receptionists were quite dismissive. They always seem to have other busy work with their laptop, pretend they don’t see us. the guy receptionist always give off vibe. So the service can be improved. Overall good experience!

Superb value for money and spotless clean everywhere. The food is not Michelin star grade but we weren't expecting that for rhe all inclusive price paid. Excellent service, clean everywhere and decent quality drinks included. Location is right on the beach and sun loungers right on the waters edge if you want them. Very impressed.
