Bogdan Yurtyn
After our stay in Allegro Agadir we have mixed feelings because overall hotel was nice - it's showing it's age a little bit, but it was renovated, our room looked modern and, if you don't mind the smell from the bathroom, it was very good with a nice view (seaview room), welcoming fruits, TV etc. The hotel has a pretty decent swimming pool, not heated, breakfasts were the same every day but decent, located close to the beach with its own part of the beach with sunbeds. There was even some entertainment for the hotel guests, ping pong table. BUT what we didn't like was the interaction with the reception lady in the dark blue /navy blue shirt (I don't remember the name) and the way she treated us. 1 situation was when we arrived - it turned out hotel "doesn't see" our payment because we paid online on Barcelo website (Allegro is part of Barcelo chain of hotels). Nothing helped - showing the transaction confirmation, showing the request from the hotel itself to pay online on their website (despite we booked it on Booking.com) or loose our reservation, confirmation from the Barcelo didn't help either. The reception lady offered us a temporary room and asked us to wait for 1h in our room for the call from the reception. After the wait she informed us that she can't reach the department to confirm the payment and asked us to come there next day around 10:00. We wrote messages to Booking.com support and Barcelo.com Booking.com support confirmed that everything is settled and even called the reception of the hotel so it was nice from their side. No response from Barcelo. We stayed at the same room the whole stay so thanks God we didn't have to move to another room like receptionist told us. So overall it was stressful at the beginning but then thankfully it was OK. I don't really understand what's wrong with that receptionist lady because she made a huge deal of this payment mistake and then when we left she said she can't call us a cab to the airport, because she said, that we need to book it in advance an it can only come 3 h before deparure time. It was hilarious, because other manager with the valet called the cab for us in like 2 minutes :) Long story short this receptionist lady is something else :) You should nominate her for employee of the year , because it was just extraordinary experience interacting with her :) Other staff seemed to be more chill, helpful normal people to be honest.

This has been the best holiday ever. The animation team are the best, so welcoming and funny definitely make the holiday 100 times better, they made our holiday even better. So many things to do and activities happen throughout the day. Rooms are so clean. Couldn’t find a fault with the place or the people. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. The location of the hotel is very close to shops and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The atmosphere is the best through the day and even better at night with nightly entertainment and sometimes shows in the theatre. Definitely value for money.

Excellent Service and Outstanding Hospitality at Allegro Hotel, Morocco My stay at Allegro Hotel was truly exceptional, and I must give special recognition to Yousra, the hotel’s manager, for her remarkable professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome and ensured every part of my stay was perfect. Yousra’s commitment to guest satisfaction is outstanding — she leads by example, and it reflects in how smoothly the entire hotel operates. Her calm, friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is clean, elegant, and well-managed, but it’s Yousra’s personal touch that makes Allegro Hotel stand out. Thank you, Yousra, for your kindness and excellent hospitality — you are truly a gem and a credit to the Allegro brand. Highly recommended!

We stayed in rooms 1140,1142 and 1144. The hotel is lovely and a nice place for individual , family or group celebration. We had fun. The ambience is peaceful and safe. Our tour local guide by name FOUAD made the 7 days stay a wonder. He’s a good handy man. Helped with anything we needed ( ride, laundry, food, site visits, jet ski, spa etc) Viva Hotel Allegro !!!!

Rooms were clean with large, comfy beds. Hotel provided everything we needed for the baby - cot and kettle. Very friendly staff. Entertainment were very attentive and very great with our baby. Ikram was especially great at getting the whole family involved and feeling looked after. We had a lovely holiday.
