First time here in Morocco and it’s been a great introduction . The people here have all been so friendly and helpful . Our room was good , very clean with maid service daily -room just looking a bit tired and our shower constantly flooded which we reported but not fixed yet - sadly the room does smell like blocked drains sometimes . Pool is lovely no issues getting sunbeds , nice private area on the beach with lots of shade and no hassles from beach vendors in the roped off area . WiFi works well . Entertainment is every night and well done .we enjoyed the aqua gym sessions every day . Buffet is really good lots of choice for vegetarians which is a huge plus for me . New beach side snack bar is handy with a bar for an ice cold beer with your burger if you want it . We feel very safe here and haven’t experienced any problems at all . Try the quad bikes , horse and camel rides and the croc park all worth it - we used agadir with mo to book all trips and he was very helpful , reasonably well priced and really well organised with great communication via WhatsApp throughout . Visit the souk too , orange taxis freely available outside the hotel and English speaking drivers - just be prepared to be hassled a bit in the souk just stand your ground and a firm no is ok .

Nice holiday, entertainment team was so fun and kind. The room was pleasent but only had one plug the other was faulty, leaky shower and had ants. Everyone is so lovely but did have to ask restaurant staff 3/4 times for water etc but didn’t take away from the staff being so lovely and welcoming! Recommend but i would say 3 stars not 4

We stayed here for 7 nights in March 26, very friendly staff, a good selection of buffet food. We preferred the main restaurant to the speciality dining areas. The usual annoying reservation of poolside relaxers took place with towels draped on them. We would definitely stay there again. It is probably not ideal for people with movement difficulties as there are no lifts to second floor room and a fair number of steps and inclines around the campus.

Returning for my second year, I can really feel the difference and the positive upgrades across the board, starting from reception right through to the rooms and especially the restaurant. Speaking as a tourism industry professional with a Master’s degree from the International Institute of Tourism in Tangier, it’s clear to see that the new director and the new culinary team are doing fantastic work. Keep it up !

Very good all round. Excellent value for a good 4 star. The glass box gym overlooking the sea is lovely. Feels like Sharm el Sheikh, like big time. Uncanny in fact. I'm still here so let's see.... Oh and we saw an apparent wild Hermans Tortoise! And no I didn't find him an hour later... He just vanished! I'm on the look out ...
