This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The rooms were absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully presented. The food was exceptional throughout our stay, and the indoor pool was a wonderful feature. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. A special thank you to FATIMAEZZAHRA, our housekeeper, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Her kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options available. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made pasta at the buffet, prepared exactly to our preference, as well as the selection of restaurants on offer. The bakery was a fantastic addition and provided a great selection of fresh treats at any time of day. The gym was also excellent, with a wide range of well-maintained equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Palace de Roses in Agadir. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms, excellent facilities, and a great selection of food throughout the day. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Agadir. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who genuinely made our holiday even better. They brought amazing energy every single day, were always happy to stop for a chat, and got everyone involved without ever being pushy. Whether it was playing padel, football, or simply having a laugh around the pool, they created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. A huge thank you to Yasir, who went above and beyond to make everyone feel included. His enthusiasm, positivity, and friendly personality really stood out and made our experience one we’ll remember. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palais de Roses in Agadir after flying from the UK, and we wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to every member of staff for making our holiday so memorable. 🌟 Despite our very late arrival due to a delayed flight, the team welcomed us with genuine warmth, helped us with our luggage, got us settled into our rooms quickly, and even arranged a hot meal for us in the early hours of the morning. That level of care made such a wonderful first impression. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with a fantastic variety of options, including the on-site bakery and restaurants. The entertainment provided by the animation team was outstanding, ensuring both adults and children had plenty of fun activities to enjoy every day. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the pool and splash park. The facilities were immaculate, spacious, and well maintained, with plenty of attentive lifeguards on duty. While a small number of guests unfortunately behaved in a way that affected the cleanliness and safety around the pool, the management team responded promptly and dealt with the situation professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, our experience was nothing short of five stars. From the exceptional hospitality to the fantastic facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and highly recommend Palais de Roses to anyone looking for a memorable family holiday in Agadir. Totally outstanding hotel and we are loving our stay. We stayed at several nearby and this is much better. Recently refurbished and it looks like it! Food, service very good. Checkout my pics of the seafood restau below. Ahmen is the best waiter !! Staff are really super, happy and very switched on. We shall be looking out for ‘pickalbatross’ hotels again in Egypt and Morocco. Great job! A

This is our first time visiting Morocco and we haven’t been disappointed! All of the people at this hotel have been really lovely to us and made our holiday good fun. The animation team work so hard all day long to make fun activities and evening entertainment. Special thanks to Hassan and Soulaiman who spent time chatting to us and getting us involved in the fun every day. The food can be a bit repetitive but generally good and you can always find something nice to eat. The hotel grounds are spotlessly clean and the staff work really hard to keep it looking really nice. I would definitely come here again and can highly recommend this amazing hotel.
