I can reconfirm the recent review: Rooms, hotal yard, restaurants, beach, everything is extremely beautiful, spacious and well maintained. We stayed during the mainstream season and even the we never had the feeling that the hotel is fully occupied. At the beach, at the pool, the buffet area and in the restaurants, we always found several free places. The food is varying at the least daily, sometimes even during a buffet time when some food runs out. The pool dinner was the top of everything: The best, fresh and largest buffet I have ever seen. The entire staff was always warm and welcoming to assist you were ever possible. Special thanks to Kija who was knowing us from the very first morning and remembered our preferred drinks🤗 The hotel has it is own diving school which is offering great tours or packages at an attractive price. The so called "external service provider " at the beach were cool, we never at a problem to decline any service. Our daughter made her hairs for 40€, top service. Additionally we had a great tour at low tide with Captain Ali to the sandbank. Great, funny and interesting tour. He wanted to claim 150€ for this 30 min tour. I explained him that this price is crazy, gave him 30 €, we shaked hands and all good! We never had problems with sea urchins. At least for the first 200-300m, we have seen none. Watch our for the seagrass fields where they are homed. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that its is out if nowhere, nothing is around so that you need always a taxi to get somewhere, e.g. 1,5h to Stonerown (depending on the speed of the driver).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar from 17th July to 21st July. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, spacious rooms, and a stunning white-sand beach. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food offered a great variety, with plenty of fresh and delicious options at every meal. What made our stay even more special were the evening experiences. One night featured a memorable beach dinner accompanied by a vibrant Maasai cultural performance, while another evening showcased energetic African music and dance. We also appreciated the behind-the-scenes tour, which gave us an interesting glimpse into the dedication and teamwork that keep the resort running so smoothly. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality and for creating such wonderful memories. We would happily recommend TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic island getaway, and we hope to return again.

We have had the most amazing honeymoon at the Tui Blue Bahari hotel. We had a junior suite which was a very spacious room, lovely decorated and housekeeping was excellent, with a turn down service and the room got sprayed with mosquito repellent. The grounds are beautiful and the bar and restaurant service have been excellent, too many great members of staff to mention!! We had complimentary massages and a fab meal on the beach which were very much appreciated. We did wine tasting with Nailath that was really informative. All in all it was paradise Had a lovely honeymoon meal on the beach and was served by Deborah, excellent service and lovely meal. Was a definite bonus to our honeymoon 🥰🥰xxx

We had the chance to stay at this hotel for two weeks. The hotel itself is in a beautiful area with separate parts to sleep in. The rooms are nice and clean and also provide a net against mosquitos. The park and private beach of the hotel are clean and nice to relax. The restaurants and bars are are also very pretty and the food is very good and tasty. Not to forget about the people that are working there, doesn't matter if they work at the bar, restaurant or spa, they are all super nice, most kind and always ready to help you with any problems. Special thank you to Lillian, Elisabeth, Jasinta who tried to make everything perfect for us. Last but not least, I have to mention our TUI Blue Guide Ally who has been the best guy I've ever met. Never met such an incredible kind and helpful person, he will do his very best to make it the best holiday for you! For us he created unforgettable and beautiful memories and we wanted to specially thank him again for that. So please reach out for him, he is the man! Thank you again.

Deborah was brilliant and gave us beautiful service for our honeymoon dinner on the beach! Absolutely excellent! The chef came out and asked how our meal was and all 4 courses were beautiful and very well presented! Made us feel very special, really nice touch! Yasinta in the bars needs a special mention! She is insanely helpful, so sweet, kind and help!

We had a wonderful stay at The Mora Zanzibar and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were always spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is stunning and the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful view. One thing we especially appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere around the pool. There was no loud music or intrusive entertainment, making it the perfect place to truly unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The service was outstanding. All of the waitresses were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Zaida at the main pool for her exceptional kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude. She made every visit to the pool even more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived at The Mora Resort in Zanzibar, we felt like we were being welcomed home rather than just checking into a hotel. There’s something really special about this place and it’s 100% because of the people. Every single staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind, warm, and always went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Whether it was a friendly greeting in the morning or checking in on us throughout the day, it never felt forced—it felt real. You can tell they truly care about their guests. Our room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully put together, which made it even easier to just unwind and enjoy every moment. And we have to talk about the bar—because Peter is hands down the best bartender. Not only were his drinks incredible, but his personality made every visit something we looked forward to. Huge shoutout as well to Jennifer, Jackson, and Pascal, who were all so much fun and made our nights even more memorable. Honestly, it’s hard to name just a few people because everyone at The Mora was truly amazing. The level of care and friendliness we experienced here is something we’ll never forget. Our stay at The Mora Zanzibar was absolutely fantastic! The hotel impresses with its beautiful location, wonderful atmosphere, and attention to every detail. The bar staff deserve special mention—all the bartenders were incredibly friendly, cheerful, and professional. Every drink was prepared with the utmost care, and the service made us feel truly special. Another huge asset of the hotel is the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. They were cleaned to perfection every day, and the staff ensured that nothing was ever lacking. This made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The Mora did not disappoint at all. We went to Zanzibar after a 4 day safari and it was the perfect retreat. The weather was sunny and hot every day. The accommodations were updated and clean. The service was top-notch and attentive. As a family of 5 it was plenty of room to spread out. The pools were huge and the beach access was right there. There was seaweed in the ocean and there were locals on the beach but they did not harass you. They allowed you to enjoy your vacation. The food tasted good. The buffet had a good amount of vegetarian options. The one downside, it was hard to get a reservation at the restaurants outside the buffet.
