Breakfast was excellent and special mention goes to Rohit who looked after us and nothing was too much effort. He is a credit to the hotel. We had a specific dietary requirement and he made sure we were catered for and always with a smile. Location of hotel is good with easy access to the theme parks using the yas express buses. Check in staff can do with being a bit more friendly and have a smile, they are the first people you interact with and they create a lasting impression. Rooms were very clean. Couldn’t fault the, cleaning staff do an excellent job. Daily clean is good too. It was a shame we didn’t get enough bath towels but a call to guest services and that was sorted. Pool is good size and heated. It is open late so nice for a swim in the dark!

Stayed here to take my mom to Ferrari World. Service was unbelievably good. Shout out to Chan and Diego at the front desk. The staff at breakfast was also so helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is a must, wish there were gluten free breads, but I had plenty to eat! Pool was heated and had an 18+ area, which was nice since it’s a big family hotel. The spa was also great to have and one of the main reasons I booked here. My mother is 78 and has never had such a nice hotel experience, thank you!

Loved the hotel. Room was spacious and well-equipped. The view from our room was spectacular.. an unobstructed view of the sunset with backdrop of mangroves. The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of south Indian cuisines. The hotel is situated in Yas Plaza.. 15min to Yas Bay Waterfront by walk . The hotel also provides free shuttle service (which runs every 15min) to the parks. The only downside of the location is the unavailability of grocery or supermarket stores .. with the nearest being inside Yas Mall. Highly recommended, if you ever plan a visit to the Yas Island..

I stayed at Radisson Yas Island for about a month, and it was a great experience overall. The rooms are a bit old but clean, comfortable, and well-kept. What really made the stay special was the amazing staff — everyone was kind, friendly, and always helpful. A big shoutout to Rohit Singh for taking care of everything I needed (and for those perfect cups of chai after long workdays 🙏). Thanks also to Chef Tony and Mr. Mylvahanam for making breakfast enjoyable every morning with delicious dishes and cheerful conversations. And special mention to Amal from housekeeping, who kept my room spotless and fresh every single day. Even though the rooms could use an upgrade, the warmth and care from the team truly made it feel like home away from home. Highly recommend staying here! 🌿✨

Good location. Very near all the 4 parks in yas island. You can take this hotel along with the 3 day park access. You might get a good deal like that. There is also a free shuttle service which takes you at those parks and drops you back which comes every 10 mins. We got an upgrade to a room with balcony which was very good. Boyz was the guy who gave us the upgrade. Services here are a bit slow . Need to prepare yourselves for that. In room dining is minimum 30 mins. Breakfast spread was amazing . Very well . This property has 4 restaurants too. Recommended if you’re staying in Abu Dhabi. Cyan beach access is also there via buggy from Crown Plaza hotel. Private beach for only people who are staying. Belgian cafe is a must try for snacks and beer. Very good experience at this property.
