We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Abu Dhabi – Yas Island (Yas Plaza). Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and feels like a home away from home. The location is excellent, especially for tourists, as it is very close to the theme parks and major Yas Island attractions, which made getting around extremely easy and convenient. Our room was always well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. The staff were consistently welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Mohibul, who provided outstanding service. He was kind, attentive, and made sure our room was always spotless and perfectly taken care of. His dedication truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

What really stood out was their overall way of being. This wasn’t just great service — it was a group of people operating as a true team, clearly enjoying what they do and supporting one another. That positive energy was felt every single day. As parents, we were especially touched by how genuinely everyone connected with our 2-year-old son. The warmth and attention he received were real — not forced or polite pretending — and that meant the world to us. He felt happy and at ease around the staff, and that says everything. We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days and what an amazing experience it was. They have a coffee machine which is 24/7 as we were travelling with two toddlers this was very helpful. The staffs were also very courteous special shoutout to Miss Meera at the front desk she took good care of us and gave enough information on the local events.
