We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The room is clean and the shower is hot and strong. However, the best part of the hotel is its staff. We would like to specifically thank two receptionists, Tu and Doanh. We arrived the hotel after a long and tiring trip. They were very helpful and provided excellent seevice. They were friendly and welcoming, and they helped us to quickly check in and settle in our room.

The Windsor Plaza is a bit dated, but the staff is wonderfully helpful and efficient. It’s in the An Đông area, so most places are a quick Grab ride away. Check‑in and the breakfast buffet are on the 4th floor. We didn’t try the buffet but heard it’s decent and comfortably air‑conditioned. The rooftop bar is a nice spot in the evenings, though it closes at 10 PM. The hotel hosts many weddings and events, so it can get lively. We enjoyed their dim sum and also attended a lunch banquet — both the food and service were very good. Because many tours use this hotel, the lobby can get busy.

Great hotel with an excellent breakfast and truly amazing staff. The service throughout the stay was outstanding and very attentive. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s not located in District 1, but a Grab ride takes about 20 minutes and costs roughly $2–3 CAD, which is very reasonable. While it’s not ideal if you want to step directly into the action, it’s a great choice if you prefer a quieter area that’s still close enough to everything. Overall, a great option if you value comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service over being right in the middle of the nightlife and tourist zones.
