I can't recommend this one enough. If you have a relative who is wheelchair user, you definitely need to book this hotel. It's accessible and have all equipments for a disable person. There is nothing to fault about rooms and hotel facilities, including nice cool bar on the roof. Above all is the amazing staff. All of them are very kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our holiday enjoyable. We are very grateful. ❤️🧡💛

We were quite surprised by the level of renovation needed in the rooms. We have been traveling through Asia for months and have stayed in both low-budget and high-budget accommodations. However, in this hotel we were genuinely shocked by the price/ performance ratio. The breakfast is very diverse, but the lady at the omelet station was rude and snappy. Only after asking several times was a fresh omelet prepared, as the others were already cold (the heat lamps seem to be more decorative than functional). The service staff are very active and try hard, but some of them do not speak a single word of English. This made it difficult every time to order the correct coffee or ask for new cutlery. The advertised shopping area downstairs feels more like a bazaar with cheap clothing and colorful plastic chairs rather than a proper shopping area. After a booking mistake, we were upgraded to a higher-floor room. The bathroom looked opulent at first glance, but the bath mat in the tub was probably older than I am discolored and brittle. The hairdryer felt like it was from the 1990s and had about the same level of power. As for the shower discolored, worn out, and you have to hold the showerhead in your hand because there is no way to stand underneath it properly. It wasn’t dirty, but at this price point I expect far more comfort. Every cheaper hotel on our trip had better shower fittings. On top of that, in this massive hotel there is no suitable space to work. On our previous stays, hotels always provided at least a meeting room. Here, we were simply told to sit on a sofa in the lobby. Overall, it’s disappointing and not worth the money.

Fantastic stay at Windsor Plaza Hotel in December 2025. Clean, large rooms. Great service. Even though it's not centrally located, it's a short taxi / Grab / Xanh ride from everything, and there is a lot of local restaurants just down the road a few minutes walk away. It's also a quiet area, so you won't get disturbed by traffic or construction noise throughout the night like in the main city centre area. Would stay again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It is in quite a nice central place. The room was extremely clean. I had a great window view. The reception staff is available 24/7. They attended to any queries and needs politely and swiftly. Laundry service is quick. The breakfast buffet is big with almost anything you want.

One of the premium hotels to stay in. Very hospitable staff and lovely rooms. The services were amazing and feels very comfortable. We were very tired after the overnight flight and Ms. Binh was very considerate to give us an early checkin. The hotel is not located in district 1, which is where most of the tourist spots are but that was not a problem. We were easily able to book cabs (used grab) and get around the city.
