I hosted an event at the voco Orchard hotel this week and wow what an amazing hotel. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Janna and Elgin they went above and beyond. I did not have to lift a finger! They are both so lovely and kind. The pre planning communications with Janna were incredible, even communicating on her days off and working late to ensure everything was smooth on the run up to the event. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel and hosting events here. The hotel rooms are lovely too and the location is great, so central! Highly recommend!

Had my wedding banquet, solemnisation and tea ceremony all at voco hotel. Really greatful for the amazing team from voco for making my wedding a success! Special thanks to Alvin Kee for ensuring that nothing goes wrong on the day and solving issues that I didn't foresee on the day itself. Thankful for Haze Yong for meeting all our demands up to the very day itself and splitting the payment for credit card purposes! Great wedding package from voco hotel itself with a bottle of champagne and a whole cake from D9. Free flow white wine, red wine and beer. Alvin arranged for my leftover refreshments like quiche and livestation to be packed to not waste. Our wedding banquet food was packed into a bento and delivered to our room as we really no not have time to eat during our big day. Many compliments were given for the food and service that day. Those considering voco for their wedding, have faith in the service level here. Top notch service level. I did not at any point in time feel that the service was inadequate. I was even allowed to check into my bridal suite earlier than expected! Overall will highly recommend voco hotel for wedding and stay!

Great hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. Its a solid 3-4 star choice, a little run down but its very clean, excellent gym, extensive choice at breakfast and it was easy to get a table. We particularly enjoyed the pool, it was quiet with ample seating and not over-run with children. Special call out to concierge Jared Lim who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He really looked after us when we needed advice.

A refurbished hotel for sure. The rooms were just fine. Nothing special really. The breakfast was great if not a little pricey. Room service was fast, efficient, and expensive but that comes with the territory. The staff is beyond outstanding. At every turn they were helpful, courteous, and right where the needed to be. I had a special request for a room and the were able to accommodate on my second night. They even moved my luggage. Very helpful. I'm what you would call a professional traveler and if I say something was good that is high praise for sure. I'd stay here again and since I have some contracts in the works, it is highly likely that I will.

India Hook-Barnard

This was a wonderful place to stay and to hold a meeting. I highly recommend and I will stay here again for either work or vacation. The hotel rooms were comfortable, quiet and dark for sleeping, with a nice seating area, big windows and good light for working or relaxing. Coffee and tea in the room were high quality (Illy and TWG). Housekeeping (Clive) was friendly and helpful; he folded a towel into an adorable elephant, which really made me smile when I returned to my room after a long day. The breakfast was amazing!! And the host (Push?) was charming and helpful. And after I checked out and was waiting to go to airport, he gave me tea on the house. My organization held a meeting here (we’ll review elsewhere for that) and Voco was also an excellent meeting venue— the support staff were helpful and attentive to details making sure everything went smoothly.
