We had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Muscat. Our butler, Kiran, was lovely throughout our stay. He was prompt, warm and always happy to assist with anything we needed. The location is beautiful, and the view from the room was amazing. The staff across the property were friendly, polite and welcoming. Joy and the rest of the team at the coffee shop were especially wonderful. The restaurants at the hotel are good if you have time to check them out, Em Sherif is definitely worth visiting. The property has good amenities as well, and I would highly recommend spending time at the pool and beach when the weather permits. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service, which felt slower compared to the service elsewhere in the hotel. For example, coffee would sometimes take around 15 minutes to arrive. The Wi-Fi was also down a couple of times during our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily return.

We had 3 nights here and I think this is one of the best places we ever went to! The place is close to the airport (around 5 minutes) .. and once we entered we felt welcomed! Thanks to Dave and Habib. Took us a tour around, and explained every single thing about the place and facilities. Room is spacious, Breakfast service was great as well. Staff is well trained and always in service..

Excellent hotel experience! We had a staff member called Ben who was extremely friendly and calm while serving coffee during our meeting. His professionalism was truly outstanding. He moved between us serving coffee so smoothly and quietly without making any sound — it was really impressive and showed a very high level of hospitality and respect. The meeting room itself was also incredibly luxurious and elegant. It had its own private reception area and even a dedicated restroom, which made our meeting feel very private, comfortable, and well organized. The atmosphere was sophisticated and perfect for professional meetings. Big 👏👏👏👏 to this hotel for having staff with such professionalism and excellent service standards. Truly amazing!

Where do I start. This place is amazing. From fuad redwan rami khaleel toko josep and zahra!!! They are so warm and kind and truly give an experience beyond anything I can imagine from a staff. The pool staff Hamzah prisanna Ibrahim and co were top notch. The hotel it self is stunning with great choices for dining and relaxing. Truly a great experience I will never forget. I also want to shout out zahra. What a beautiful soul who treated my daughter like her own and made her experience a great one.

Our stay was even more meaningful because we celebrated our baby’s first birthday, and the entire team made it an unforgettable occasion. The love, care, and attention to every little detail were beyond anything we could have imagined. A huge thank you to Michael, Gracie, Fahieed and Nizam at the breakfast restaurant. Every morning they welcomed us with the biggest smiles and incredible service, making breakfast something we looked forward to every day. They even surprised our baby with the sweetest birthday gift, which touched our hearts and made the celebration even more memorable. A very special thank you to Fatima at the Coffee Lounge. She arranged the most beautiful surprise for us, and it was absolutely phenomenal! It was so thoughtful, so adorable, and perfectly executed. We were genuinely speechless. It’s moments like these that turn a vacation into a lifelong memory. Our little one absolutely adored the Kids Club thanks to the amazing Joy and Anna. Their energy, patience, and love for children are unmatched. They made every activity exciting and made our child feel so happy and comfortable. We also want to recognize the fantastic lifeguards, Hasan and Hareth, who were always attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly. They made us feel completely safe while creating such a fun and relaxing atmosphere around the pool. What makes the St. Regis Muscat truly exceptional isn’t just the beautiful property—it’s the people. Every smile, every conversation, and every thoughtful gesture showed how passionate they are about creating unforgettable experiences for their guests. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so magical and for giving our family memories we’ll treasure forever. We are already counting the days until we return.
