I stayed at W Muscat for 3 nights, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious lobby, stylish design, and welcoming atmosphere. My room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and had an amazing view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool area was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of the hotel. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. What truly made the difference was the exceptional service. Every request I had was handled quickly, professionally, and always with genuine kindness and respect. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. I travel frequently and rarely write hotel reviews, but this is actually the first time I felt compelled to leave one because of how satisfied I was with the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team at W Muscat for making my stay so memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat and I will definitely return in the future. ★★★

This was our preferred hotel in Muscat. Firstly the black lady working at the reception was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. Amazing first impressive ignoring the beautiful design of the lobby. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise and the room was huge! The only thing worth considering being W it's a little quirky so the huge bathroom had no wall to the bedroom. We thought it was cool but if you are more prudish perhaps consider a different room. Breakfast was delicious but not quite as pro-active as the staff at the St Regis. Hassan who works in Burger and Lobster which was delicious was also very welcoming. He made an effort to interact with us and clearly is a people person. Only odd part and perhaps this is a learning curve or cultural issue was a man in a blue suit at the front door. I said morning he didn't say anything. He then turned to his colleague ignoring me. His colleague realised that there was a problem and gestured but it had been so long I simply said "you're clearly too busy I'll ask someone else" I was honestly annoyed but I suspect he doesn't speak English and apparently in Omani culture it's typical to scan the room once and then be done.

We had a wonderful stay at W Muscat, and I’m truly grateful for making my birthday extra special. A big thank you to the very kind and helpful staff, especially Noora for assisting with my bookings. I really appreciate her for making my booking process smooth. and Stephanie for making my birthday even more memorable with the beautiful room decorations. Special thanks as well to Daniela, who warmly assisted us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and guided us through our room. She made us feel so welcome, she’s incredibly sweet and kind. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate due to the rain, W Muscat never failed to make my birthday celebration truly special. I truly appreciate everything. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, the design was stunning, and the view was amazing. We had a beautiful ocean view and a perfect view of the hotel’s gorgeous pool right from our corner. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

An amazing stay that truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel was beautiful, well-organized, with spacious rooms, a perfect location, and excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, diverse, and of very high quality. A special thanks to Mr. Nasser at breakfast for his kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. His smile and respectful attitude made every morning enjoyable. Many thanks as well to Caro at reception for the early check-in and her friendly, helpful service. Also, special appreciation to Yamin for her hard work, constant smile, and excellent service. The entire staff was wonderful, professional, and welcoming, making this hotel a place I would happily return to again. Thank you all for the great experience!

From the moment of checking in, the staff have been incredibly attentive. It’s clear that customer service and guest experience are at the very heart of everything they do- Thank you Daniella and the team. Every interaction felt warm and everyone always had a smile, which really set the tone for a relaxing and welcoming stay. Even during one or two minor hiccups, the team handled everything quickly and professionally, resolving any issues straight away without any fuss. Their responsiveness and willingness to help made a big difference and really stood out. The room itself was spotless and extremely well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the sea that made every morning and evening special. For coffee lovers, there's a coffee machine and for gym enthusiasts, the gym is kitted out with a variety of equipment. The food and drinks were consistently enjoyable (the poached eggs were done perfectly!), lots of variety, choice and coffee / tea options), and there’s currently a fantastic lobster and burger pop-up from London that’s definitely worth trying. The Opera House is behind the hotel and is a must visit if you're in Muscat. There's also a Buddha Bar on the top floor, it offers a stunning setting, especially at sunset, with incredible views that make it a perfect spot to unwind or hang out with loved ones over nibbles/drinks. The hotel’s location on a public beach is also a huge plus. It gives you easy access to nearby cafés, restaurants, and shops, allowing you to experience more of the local atmosphere. The sunsets from the beach are absolutely beautiful and not to be missed. Given the current global situation, including political uncertainties and some weather-related concerns, the way the staff have supported and reassured guests has been truly exceptional. Their professionalism, calmness, and genuine care have made the stay feel safe, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Muscat.
