Our stay at the Royal Apollonia Hotel was excellent. We had everything we needed, and nothing was missing during our stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and cared for to a very high standard. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated the comfortable sun loungers, the safe swimming pool, and the gentle access to the sea from the private beach, which is perfect for families with children. The food was also very good, with a wide variety of dishes and excellent quality. Simply put, everything was just right. We would like to give special thanks to Mr. Rafał for his kindness, dedication, and outstanding service. People like him make a stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We would be happy to return to this hotel and highly recommend it to other guests.

I booked our room with upgrade to half board on the hotel's website. We arrived around 20:45h and were nicely received by Mr Mo Ibrahim with a cold refreshment. He was very nice to us and then told us we can still go to have the dinner buffet. Our room had a street view and a big balcony. The room felt a bit too narrow at the entrance and bathroom area. The next day we told Mr Ibrahim that the room seemed not to be perfectly cleaned so he reacted professionally and immediately and made sure we got another room and told the housemaids/ladies to prepare us the new room. The room was nice and also had a sea view. Thank you again to Mr Mo Ibrahim. Also at the reception there was Mr Mahmood who also made sure our bathroom got cleaned again after a minor remark. The pool and beach area is nice and lovely. There is lots of space . Also the lobby area is nice and spacious. The buffet dinners over our stay had lots of variety. Just a remark: The beef and chicken types could be juicier. The breakfast buffet was very nice. And the waiting staff at the buffet breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming. Big thanks especially to waiter Mr Mahmoud and also to the wonderful Mr Zaki. They made sure we were happy with everything. They smiled at us and made our stay perfect. Also the sweet waitress there, sorry I didn't catch her name was lovely. Overall we had an amazing stay. Just one more thing: It would be great to make sure that people who are in the breakfast and dinner buffet area do not appear in a net dress over their showing beach thong nor in their pyjamas/jogs. Thank you again many times to Mr Zaki, Mr Mahmoud, Mr Mo Ibrahim and the other Mr Mahmood. I would visit again just for them.

Excellent service and staff We had such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Royal Apollonia. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, quality, and hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and always greeted us with a smile, compliments to Costas and Maria from Mini-Bar, always assisting with a smile. We especially loved the rich breakfast buffet and the beautiful beachfront setting. Aura breakfast room veranda – amazing!. The rooms were, quiet, and very comfortable for a restful stay, try sea view rooms, spectacular view. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service — we cannot wait to come back again.

I travel for work and recently spent over 6 weeks at the Royal Apollonian; it felt great. Given the current situation with cancellations due to the conflict in Iran, I'd like to share my experience with other travelers. The staff are the heart of this hotel, and I was blown away by their warmth and dedication. At the front desk, Tina, Mohamed, Martin, and Mercedes were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight, thanks to Elizavet's warm greetings and Ashish and Camel's attentive service; my orange juice 🍊 was always on point! Nicoletta's Swedish massage at the spa was perfect for easing tension after my morning runs. The leadership team is very nice. It reflects values of General Manager Dr. Georgiou. He took the time to invite me to lunch at Akaiko and shared his philosophy on prioritizing staff; "here the pyramid is inverted, with staff at the top." His emphasis on soft skills and putting staff first creates a ripple effect of excellence. I felt safe and welcomed throughout my stay, and I'll definitely return. Thank you to everyone at the Royal Apollonian for making my extended stay so special! ❤️

Just got home from Christmas at the Royal Apollonia in Limosol and I have nothing but praise for the fantastic hotel and all the wonderful teams who looked after us and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms are a decent size, cleaned daily and loads of storage space. The main restaurant area for breakfast (lunch and evening meal), was clean, the team were genuinely nice, amazing and friendly (Zaki, Reda, the 2 girls, the lady on the front desk and the lovely chap who told us off for not having lunch but made us a pizza on our last lunchtime day there) and loads of choice. The evening meals as well, so much to choose from but the best thing was the chocolate mouse cakes, they were amazing. The team on the bar were also fantastic, remembering your room number, remembering your drinks order, also checking if we were OK and needed anything (Anusha and the lovely smiley chap - so sorry forgot his name). And finally the reception team and in particular, Muhammad, absolute pleasure. Very helpful, kind and just a lovely, smiley, friendly person. All in all, a brilliant hotel with brilliant people, this place is brilliant.
