My partner and I stayed at this hotel last year and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception team gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely bonus. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and maintained to an exceptionally high standard, with excellent housekeeping every day. The sun lounger reservation system was another standout feature, providing peace of mind and making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay without worrying about finding a space. The food throughout the hotel was outstanding and among the best we have experienced. The buffet offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes that varied at every meal, while the speciality restaurants were exceptional and well worth visiting. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the resort, and the entertainment was of an equally high standard, offering something for everyone. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be returning in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve just returned home after a week at the Olympic Lagoon Resort in Ayia Napa for a friend’s wedding, and all I can say is… wow! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolutely spectacular. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. A special thank you to Maria, who kindly gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Fisherman’s Village. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my holiday even more memorable. The Fisherman’s Village is pure luxury, with its exclusive pool, fantastic service, and little touches like staff bringing drinks straight to your sunbed and even cleaning your sunglasses. I’m normally very down-to-earth, but it was lovely to be so well looked after. A huge thank you also to Ivor at the adults-only pool bar for keeping the cocktails flowing all week—they were amazing! And to Andrej in the dining area, whose smile and positive attitude made every meal that little bit brighter. It’s so refreshing to see someone so young who clearly enjoys what they do. I’d also love to mention the wonderful blonde lady from Aberdeen in the diner (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name!). You really made our week with your warmth and kindness. Every single member of staff deserves recognition because the service throughout the resort was exceptional. The food was outstanding, with a fantastic choice of buffet options alongside excellent à la carte restaurants, so there really is something for everyone. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and every detail is designed to make your stay special. This hotel ticks every box for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Ayia Napa. Thank you to everyone at Olympic Lagoon Resort for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been to well worth the money. The rooms are impressive, they have 4 restaurants that you can book once each and they are completely free and the food is unbelievable! All inclusive ice creams and slushy drinks all day. Clean and friendly staff. Pool is great. You book the loungers for you whole stay so no worries having to wake up early to get them.

My daughter had a wedding there. It was a lovely day, we couldn't afford to go there so she had to pay extra for us to go in on that day, it was a lovely venue all outside, lots of different foods. Most of them delicious. Well set out wedding area. The open bus tour was really nice. DJ was very good. The waiting staff overall a credit to your hotel The weddings was excellent. Couldn't do enough for you, we had a great time. Very clean. Very tidy ,well set out, My daughter had a beautiful wedding,

Absolutely amazing place to go and will certainly go again! There's a choice of adult sunbeds to choose from, or you can choose the family pools. Sunbeds are allocated to you when you go to the sunbed desk. Went all inclusive, their choice of food and drinks from breakfast to tea time is brilliant and in the bars and snackeria. Everyone is very polite which helps make the holiday even better. Big shout out to Ivo and Sanjay at the pool bar, they made each day even more enjoyable, especially with the cocktails they made us #rumrunner #appledaquiri. Definitely recommend trying The Greats restaurant. Not to put this in a bad way, but I was actually quite surprised how good the food was there. Big thanks to Andrea and the chefs. I'm gutted, but I've forgotten the name of the Scottish lady we met in the American diner who served me three milkshakes in the same evening! Haha She was also awesome. Hope this message reaches the staff we've mentioned and we hope to go there again soon
