We had a really wonderful stay. The surroundings and the staff were what really made the stay truly Enjoyable. The buffet was a little hit and miss except for the volume of food! You soon learnt what was good though 😅 Very large heated swimming pool was a treat. Gym was well stocked and wasn't busy (off season in March). We made use of the tennis courts and they were excellent. All sporting facilities looked really good tbf. The bed and the room was comfortable however the walls were thin and the windows don't close properly so it could be a problem if you're a light sleeper. The curtains were proper black out though so the light won't affect you! Lots of entertainment and a well stocked bar however their cocktail list was hit and miss too. A couple of tasty cocktails and a couple of frankly terrible creations 😂 The transport shuttle was very useful but just allow time to get to and from the drop off/collection point (which you can find on Google maps). Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Marrakech. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the bathroom felt a bit old and could use some renovation. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center; however, they offer a shuttle service that can be easily booked through their app for both going to and returning from the city, which makes transportation very convenient. The swimming pool is outdoors and not heated. I stayed in December, and while the water was cold and the weather was in the low twenties, I was still able to swim and enjoy it. There were plenty of sunbeds available, with no need for reservation. There is a pool bar serving snacks and drinks; the quality was average but acceptable. The hotel also has beautiful green areas that are very relaxing and pleasing to the eye. The buffet restaurant food was good with a nice variety. The spa at the hotel is excellent and definitely worth trying. Most importantly, the staff were polite, helpful, and provided great service throughout the stay. Overall, it was a nice experience and good value for money. It is a spot for relaxation.

We very much enjoyed our stay in late January. A main highlight was the great quality and variety of the food on offer, especially the local dishes. It was notable that the catering managers and chefs were present in the main restaurant for every meal, checking the dishes and interacting with guests. All staff were very friendly, helpful and obviously passionate about the resort. The shuttle bus to the city was very useful and reliable. We would certainly stay again and recommend the resort to our friends.

We did our research before booking the hotel and all I can say is the high review ratings are so well deserved. The hotel itself was in a beautiful location, albeit slightly remote, which felt like our own little retreat from the craziness of the city. We loved the padel courts and thought this really stood out. The food was good at the restaurant and we had a variety of dishes to choose from for each meal. We particularly liked sampling the vast range of tagine every day, as well as making use of the pizza bar at the pool. There is also a great selection of drinks - there's branded bottled beer included in the all inclusive and a cocktail menu, but the staff are more than happy to make cocktails that aren't on the menu if you ask them. For us, the thing that really made this hotel 5 star was the staff. We felt so welcome, looked after and cared for during our stay. Whilst staff are obviously there to do their job, we felt that each member of staff that we interacted with took time to get to know us on a personal level and we absolutely loved getting to know them and chatting with them. The pool bar staff are incredible and really looked after us. We have to give a special mention to Kawtar and Hisham at the lobby bar - Kawtar is an absolute ray of sunshine and I feel I made a true friend in her, and Hisham's cocktails were deserving of awards! They both really looked after us. Tarik in the activities team also needs a special mention; he was so welcoming and made our stay very fun! All the staff were absolute delights during our stay. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, it made our trip unexpectedly a trip of a lifetime all down to the people we met and the experience we had here.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. They were very interactive and made our stay the best. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would be returning in the future. Big thank you to Khalil who kept us entertained and on our feet, from zumba days by the pool and disco nights in the evening. I’ll never forget to use my shoulders again when dancing.
