The rooms were perfect. Nothing to complain about at all. But the food and drinks were so limited especially the all inclusive. Food wasn’t made fresh at all and you knew lunch was always last nights left overs. They have very limited food options so you are almost eating the same thing for days on end. The spirits they used at the bar was the cheap quality alcohol which tasted like petrol. Most of the staff were really friendly but you do have the odd few that won’t even crack a smile. The hotel is really nice , the pool is kept clean and they also have a mini shop inside the hotel with the best perfumes

I had a wonderful stay at Be Live Experience Marrakech. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for families. The hospitality was excellent from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They really make you feel comfortable and valued as a guest. A special thank you to Gigi, who runs the kids club. She was absolutely amazing with the children – so warm, energetic, and attentive. She made the activities fun and engaging, and my kids looked forward to seeing her every day. She truly made our stay extra special. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return again!

I had a fantastic 5-day holiday at Be Live Experience Marrakech with my wife. Everything about the trip was wonderful. Coming from Scotland, the Moroccan weather was a huge highlight for me — sunny, warm, and it truly felt like summer every day! The room and the whole hotel premises were very clean and well maintained. The food was also very good with plenty of choice, and I really enjoyed my meals throughout the stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Server Elbachir, whose service was absolutely mind-blowing — so professional and kind. Also, Mohamed made our holiday even more special by organizing fantastic excursions to Casablanca and Agadir. The trips were unforgettable. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I will definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

I think what I loved the most is the service! The staffs were kind and polite, always willing to help. The kitchen and dining staff/ waiters were exceptionally professional and brilliant. The rooms were beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about this place and I’ll come again and again
