This is a great hotel with the staff being excellent and very attentive. It’s clean and tidy with a fabulous array of food at every meal. The all inclusive package is fine for drinks but there weren’t any snacks 24/7 which was advertised. The rooms are fine. Again clean but quite basic and starting to look worn in some areas. The location places you close to Yumbo (if that’s your thing), a 10 minute walk to the beach but we headed north to San Fernando for the New Year Eve public festival which was excellent with very few tourists. Overall we had an excellent stay, I would recommend if you want Gran Canaria. Tenerife has more to offer though in my humble opinion.

If you’re going for all-inclusive and want to just relax and sit by the pool all day it’s great! We went as a couple with no kids for one week. It’s not super fancy, more of a relaxed, backyard family-gathering vibes but we had a lot of fun. Really enjoyed their stretching class & aqua gym with Colleen - they actually give you a serious workout. The gym wasn’t the best, half the equipment didn’t work but it was good enough for a week’s stay. The rooms were clean but very basic, you have the necessities. Great variety of food, and entertainment every evening. There are lots of activities for kids during the day as well. You don’t have to worry about reserving a seat by the pool super early, there was a lot of good seating around the pool and it wasn’t very crowded. Really appreciate the friendly staff who are smiling and engaging with kids and adults whenever you meet them :) We were very happy with our stay!

It’s a perfectly okay hotel! The room gives you everything you need but nothing more nothing less. Tiny TV. Shampoo/soap combo in the showers and to be used as hand soap as well. The pool was heated, however it still felt very cold. Breakfast is good! Many different options and friendly staff. 10-15min walk to the beach and to Yumbo center. Very close to a bus stop which was great.

Overall the hotel is okay, but I was expecting a bit more.. The room was comfortable and clean, though the shower had no curtain or partition, which made showering a bit inconvenient. The towels, bed linen were clean, but you could tell they had been used many times, same for the pillows. The sun loungers by the pool were way too close together — it really felt like everyone was packed in there. And on some floors, there was a bit of an unpleasant smell, which wasn’t great. It’s a decent place to stay, but it definitely has room for improvement.

This is our second time staying here, I enjoyed our last holiday but this time I felt things had improved further. Staff were much more friendlier, paticularly isabel in the restaurant who was our waitress most days. Our room.was sufficient and kept clean. A good selection at meal times and plenty to drink, I really enjoyed the fact you could help your self to hot & cold drinks. The pool was lovely and always plenty of sun loungers. No issues and we hope to be back in February. Thank you for a great holiday.
