If you choose to go all-inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

An incredibly beautiful hotel with excellent service from the staff. I did not observe any cockroach or bed bugs during my stay (visited in January).There was not much noise outsise the hotel area. We stayed on the 7th floor. There were long queues at the elevator, and it took time to reach the correct floor as it stopped at every level. Some minor drawbacks include thin mattresses, a swimming pool that could have been better heated, and a buffet that feels somewhat standard with limited variation. On the positive side, I was very impressed by the museum shop that sells clothing. The fashion show by the poolside was a real highlight and truly tempted me to visit the shop.

For the value, the place it was good. The rooms are quite sterile though and the wellness area needs a big refurb and it was quite dated and old. The showers in the hotel room had good power. The breakfast is very busy with long queues for coffee and the egg station (omelette or fried eggs only) but the variety of fresh fruits, cooked and cold (including a freshly carved ham from a leg) was great. The pool was too cold to try and it looked very shallow.

Great hotel about 15 mins walk to the beach and Yumbo Centre. Rooms are a good size bed was massive and the cleaners are great and very friendly. We thought all the staff were excellent very friendly and helpfull. Hotel was spotless pool area very nice with some traffic noise from road behind the hotel but not too bad. Resturant is very good and the staff are great making the dinning experience very nice , plenty of food choice only critism is food could be hotter . Would definitely stay here again .

It's been about 8 years since we last came to the gran canaria princess and was expecting the same great experience. It was around 11.15pm when we arrived and as we walked into our room, we was greeted by very loud music playing from the entertainment outside. This finished at 11.30pm. We expected to have a good night's sleep but people banging doors and shouting along the corridors kept us awake for most of it. It was only for one night and after that it improved. The beds are comfy and the showers are the best we've ever had. Air conditioning was good but sometimes too cold. Food was OK but not as good as our last stay. Plenty of sun loungers and no saving of them. Not many cocktails available for all inclusive people and the ones there were, were pre made and mostly ice. Over all a very enjoyable holiday

One of the best vacations. Hotel was clean, convenient to the beach and other attractions nearby. The pool area was really nice, super clean and I really appreciate the no smoking policy. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Food was fresh, nutritious and varied. Next time though I will opt for the premium alcohol package. I appreciate also that it was adults only. No screaming kids.
