One week with family (3kids) two rooms. Excellent views over Puerto Rico and Atlantic. We had two basic rooms wich were great. Semi private backyard (1st floor) -> easy access between our two rooms. Clean and well maintained and mini kitchen with needed thing for coffee / snacks / bread making. We had half board wich we found out to be quite enough for our needs. Food in restaurant was excellent and service overall was great. Pool areas were nice and Infinity pool really was heated not only warmed :) Also main pool was warm enough to stay for hours... All in all, great week, good balance on pricing and quality. Would come again if going to Puerto Rico in the future.

The hotel is so nice! Love the food! The service from Mila have the best help we gets! That is a very high service minded women! Rest of some people is so happy and see us! So good. The room has been cold from first day! Pool area is so good to!

Stayed 2 nights to try out the hotel and facilities before moving on to another hotel in the Servatur Group. Great hotel - superb panoramic views😎 I booked a basic room which had no sea view so I recommend paying more for a better view especially if you are staying for longer. The dining room has an outside dining area for alfresco dining. Amazing 🤩 It was Half Term so lots of families with kids but that was to be expected. There is an adult sunbathing area which is worth seeking out. Evening entertainment is the in-house animation team. If you like miming to ‘Grease’ you’ll love it. Special mention to the Giraffe Costumed character who visited the dining room one morning - a great light hearted bit if fun😂 Opted for the Half Board option which included drinks, this was only soft drinks , beer, wine & sangria from the self service tap in the restaurant. Free car park is a bonus too. The Europa Centre is just a short walk up from the hotel and is handy for a late night drink or two. Beware that you may be approached to buy drugs around the centre as the drug dealers are very blatant. The authorities need to stamp this out as it’s not something you expect to see. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but I’m sure that they could feed back to the authorities. So in summary I would recommend this hotel for a great relaxing holiday and look forward to returning in the future😎

The hotel is beautifully located, and the family rooms are large, spacious, and bright. There are beautiful views, plenty of attractions for children, and the food is tasty. Great animations and the team behind them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ However, the main issue was cleanliness. During the busy holiday season, when the hotel is visited by many guests, it seemed that the staff could not keep up with cleaning. The rooms were either not cleaned properly or not cleaned at all, and after third request for room service, I received an unpleasant response from the reception staff. For this reason, mainly due to the unfriendly staff, we are unlikely to return to this hotel.

Had a great Christmas stay here. We had a Villa which was very nice and peaceful on the edge of the complex. Food was of a very good standard at all times, impressed. Staff were, on the whole, very friendly and helpful. The adults only area was a great place to get away from all the children.
