We went as a family (3 children - 4, 6 & 11) in January, Rooms were lovely, food was lovely, swimming pool was heated but was still chilly, evening entertainment was outside so also a little chilly but was really good. The Kids Club with Alian, Johanna & Raul was the making of the holiday for my kids, kept them very entertained and wanted to go back to kids club every day, twice a day!!!! Thanks

One of the best hotels we've stayed at for the holidays. First off, the staff at the reception was very friendly, especially Josefina Ramtrez, who always advised us on what to see and do. The food was very good and had a wide selection. The snacks were actually lunches, and the food was tasty and fresh. It's rare to find dishes like avocado, smoked salmon, or freshly squeezed juices in hotels. The rooms were large and clean. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was heated and clean. A beautiful beach is about a 5-7-minute walk away. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back next year. The only minor downside is that the entertainment program starts at 9:30 PM, but otherwise, it's a 5+.

I’m in the hotel as we speak and I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and well ran it is. It’s Xmas eve and it’s 25 degrees which makes it even better. The food is great and has a huge selection. I’m usually sceptical about buffet style food but it’s super fresh and the staff are on the ball. 5 mins from the beach as well. I read reviews to choose a hotel so I hope you read this and book this one. Enjoy Just a tiny thing I’d like to add is the wi fi could be a tiny bit better but that’s all

I came here ot get away from christmas. The hotel itself is lovely, great desgn, circular buildings, ample space in the rooms and a good pool. The food was generally acceptable but got a bit boring by the end of the week. The staff were awesome, one in particular caught my attention, I think his name began with F bald guy wtih glasses..... when I wake up a bit I'll remember and edit this (probably). Wheelchair accessible all over, wide doors to the dining hall and main reception. A short walk from the beach and local shops. A Saturday market on a square nearby. The rear of the hotel doen'st have ocean views and doesn't get sunshine, this was perfect for me as I struggle with heat and prefer the view of the hills . About 25 mins walk to the Jumbo centre.

Firstly excellent value if you are going all inclusive. Rooms very clean and a great size. All staff were very polite and helpful. Food was better than many all inclusive hotels we have been to. Great size pool with plenty of sunbeds. I have only marked 3 stars for location due to the noise of nearby bars which were pretty loud and not everyone partaking in the karaoke were in tune. But its actual location is great, lots of bars, shops close by and the beach isn't far at all. It's a 4.5 for me.
