Well what can i say all good about the hotel, staff and cleanilness was very good . Me, my mom and her friend wanted a relaxing holiday and we got exactly that, the hotel and surrounding area was great. We arrived late evening and they had prepared some food which was nice of the hotel. The room was very clean , the housekeeper who was looking after our room was smiley and friendly all the time. We went half board their was so much choice for breakfast and the same for dinner. It really does make your holiday specially when it's kept clean and tidy the pool was also kepted clean and tidy at all times i'd defintently go back there again and the staff worked really hard i spent my birthday there my mom and her friend got me a cake while at the hotel. It was a big cake to much for us so we shared with the lovely staff. Because they where so helpful and friendly Thank you to the staff at Don miguel for making my birthday and our holiday special

Currently staying at this hotel for 7 nights and honestly having a great experience so far. First of all, I would like to give special thanks to Noelia at reception — she was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, and explained everything to us with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the shower is excellent with very good water pressure. The breakfast and dinner included with our stay were also really enjoyable — the food was always fresh and tasty with a good variety. Our room overlooks the pool area, and despite some reviews mentioning noise from the entertainment, we personally had no issues at all. By 11 PM everything was quiet and peaceful. This is not my first time in Gran Canaria and I have stayed in many hotels here before. This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star review, and I would happily come back again in the future.

Booked here because of it's stunning location to the yumbo and on a recommendation. Check in was hassle free and staff friendly. Options about breakfast and pool towels explained. Room was a twin supreme over looking street and hotel next door, was just enough back from main road to not be to loud. Room had plenty of storage, safe, towels, spare pillows if needed. Bathroom was great size as well. Room was cleaned every day, bedding wasn't, towels changed every day. Breakfast plenty of choice wow!! Very fresh and nice, staff again friendly. Pool area on busy days filled up quickly . Nice relaxing area. Not to loud. A wonderful stay, Shall be booking here again next time I'm over.

Clean comfortable and 5 star customer service. Everything I needed, like an iron was supplied although the hotel was busy. Food was pretty good something for everyone. Comfy beds room 315 nice view over the pool on 3rd floor. Great location for Yumbo centre but also nice and quiet. It's good for solos and couples I'd say. Good access for wheelchair users too.

We strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our concerns about safety and customer service standards were so significant that we believe it’s best to avoid any other hotel in this chain while visiting the Canary Islands. Here’s a detailed account of our experience: We booked two rooms and had a few good days. However, it became evident that the hotel lacked any investment or modernization. We didn’t mind this at first, especially since we weren’t concerned about the long distances mentioned in other reviews. On the fourth night, just before midnight, one of our rooms suddenly flooded. A water pipe burst, releasing liters of water at high pressure into the room, the common areas, and the floors below. We couldn’t stop the flood. People were knocking on the door because water was coming out from underneath the room, and they were warning us about the electricity, as the fridge was standing in the water. One of us had to rush to reception because the phone in our room didn’t work. At reception, we found only one lady working, and there was no maintenance staff. She had to wait until another person arrived to come to our flooded room. All our belongings were soaked and had to be brought out by ourselves. This could have been the end of the story, with only a mention of lack of maintenance, investment, and understaffing, leading to security risks. However, the hotel’s response to the situation was even worse. When we arrived at the lobby around midnight, they offered us a solution for the night. They really said, despite the old room being completely demolished, to bring us back in at that time. The alternative for the rest of our stay was a single room next to the lobby, right over the breakfast area, where we would have no sleep all night and all morning as it turned out. We expressed our high concerns about this situation. They pretended that the hotel was otherwise completely full, which was a blatant lie. While we were on the phone with our travel agency (TUI) in the lobby, other people checked in. They refused to offer any alternative to the victims of the flood who also had an active booking but booked in new guests. As expected, we only got two hours of sleep. In the morning, Rubin made matters worse. He seemed very annoyed that a travel agency had called them in the night “five times.” He was also surprised when we mentioned that we had two rooms. So he said that our option for the soaked room could have been staying in one room although we explicitly had to and did book two rooms out of health reasons. So, the option for this guy despite the situation to a wet room was having no room at all. Customer service as it’s best. Furthermore, he confirmed that other people had checked in later, but he said it couldn’t have been an option for them to stay in the small and noisy lobby room, whereas in our situation, while we were wet and under shock, it was. He also confirmed that they had videotaped customers, which I mentioned could be a data protection breach, although I was hoping for a video recording. The video conversation started when he brought up a wrongful accusation about us complaining to the reception earlier that night for not getting a solution after the incident. So the victims of the dangerous situation (aka theirs guests) were framed as the perpetrators. When we called out the front desks for a lie when we realized that the hotel was indeed not fully booked. He also alluded that he wouldn’t care about the travel agency which surprised me since TUI is one of the largest in the world. Economical knowledge doesn’t matter or exist to them either, nor the life and health of their guests.
