Dear Savoy Resorts, We have had a wonderful stay at the resort, and I would like to specifically commend Mr. Paul for his exceptional service. Since our arrival, he has assisted us with great patience and a positive attitude, even helping us transition to a different room. He is truly one of the best representatives we have encountered. We are thoroughly enjoying our vacation. The proximity to the beach, the excellent food, and the professional staff have made this a very relaxing experience. Thank you for the great hospitality.

What a stay. I went there i before arriving i recieved a call from Mr Abdulfattah . He asked about all the details we might ask for. He ensured that everything is taken care of and once we arrived he actually took care of everything. Recommeded a program of trips to help us enjoy our stay. A very professional and decent person. Additionally, the hotel in general is very good. Location is super. Beau Vallon beach is the best swimmable beach in Mahe i have checked all other beaches this is by far the best with also incredible sunset views. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at this beautiful and huge property for 3 nights during our vacation to Seychelles, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Pros: 1. Excellent location – The hotel is perfectly located with direct beach access right behind the property. Beau Vallon is a pleasant and safe area, and Victoria is just a 10-minute drive away. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance. 2. Comfortable rooms – We stayed in Room 1110, which was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The attached balcony was a nice addition, and the ensuite bathroom was adequately sized. The room had all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. 3. Good breakfast spread – The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The food was freshly prepared and tasted great. 4. Facilities – The hotel has a swimming pool, three restaurants with bar facilities, a kids’ playroom, and a spa, making it suitable for both families and couples. 5. Hospitality – The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. 6. In-room dining – Our in-room dining experience was very good. The food was fresh and delicious. A special mention to the chef for kindly preparing boiled eggs for our toddler on request without any additional charge. 7. Parking availability – The hotel offers ample parking space for guests. Cons: 1. On the second evening we found that the hotel’s main restaurant, The Grand Savoy, was closed for buffet dinner until 11th June 2026. We had hoped to try their Creole cuisine, so this was disappointing and could have been communicated beforehand. 2. Some expected room amenities such as a dental kit and shaving kit were not provided. There was an ironing board in the room, but no iron available. 3. The kids’ playroom closes at 5 PM. Extending the hours until at least 7 PM would make it more convenient for families. 4. On the day of our check-out, the elevators were not functioning, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. With a few improvements in the areas mentioned above, the experience could have been even better

Our stay at Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa was truly wonderful and unforgettable. We enjoyed beautiful sunny days, blue skies, and the warm hospitality of amazing people who made our holiday so special. A heartfelt thank you to Manager Sergey Cerkasov, Gulnur, and Umeda for their warm welcome and for making us feel at home from the very first day. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Special thanks to Tamara, who served us breakfast every morning. She not only provided outstanding service but also brightened our days with her genuine smile and positive energy, making each morning even more special. We would also like to thank Banavath at the pool restaurant for his friendly, attentive, and professional service. He always made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The combination of a beautiful resort, stunning surroundings, and such wonderful staff made this holiday truly memorable. We leave with fantastic memories and look forward to returning to Savoy Seychelles in the future.
