We had our couple’s wedding at the Kempinski Seychelles Resort, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. From the family room to the overall property, everything was beautiful, well maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The food throughout our stay was amazing, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. A very special thank you goes to Ms Alissa, who organized everything so smoothly and made the wedding experience completely stress-free for us. Also to Ms Barbha in the restaurant, whose kindness, attention, and warm service made every dining moment memorable. Every single staff member we interacted with was gentle, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. We travel a lot, but this experience stood out as something truly special. We honestly don’t have enough words to describe how perfect and heartfelt everything felt.

I had a great experience at the hotel today. The receptionist, Ezra, was friendly and welcoming. At Café Lazare, from the warm welcome to the attentive and professional service throughout, the staff—Nelly, Mercia, Sandeep, Rose, Amelie, Emma, and Chef Norita—were all very friendly, kind, and efficient, and made sure we were comfortable. They also made my son feel very special on his birthday by surprising us with a birthday song and a candle for him to blow. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the moment truly memorable for him and our family. From the Windsong to the pool attendant, the service from everyone was excellent. Can I recommend Pizza to be added to the menu list especially for the kids.

The rooms were excellent, and the service was outstanding. However, the breakfast buffet was quite disappointing. For a hotel with the pedigree and reputation of Kempinski Hotels, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the buffet seemed lacking in several respects—from wilted lettuce to cold croissants. Overall, the breakfast experience fell well short of the otherwise high standards maintained by the hotel. The food at WINDSONG was again average ... but we loved the service by SHER THAPA who was very warm and smiling...

I think there are enough recommendations how beautiful the resort, the beach and the service are, so here I don’t have anything else to add. My now husband had organised our engagement there and we want to add a special thanks to Monja, the event organiser, Lea, the lady in red at the time, and Amit, who was the server of the night. Above-and-beyond level of hospitality, pro-active thinking and really taking ownership for great results instead of just „executing“ actions, solution-oriented‚ took care of everything to the last detail so our night was unforgettable.
