My mother and I just stayed here. It's my third time, and it was her first. It's a quiet place with amazing architecture. The stand out for both of us was the service of the lovely staff. In particular Mod and Zin, who were caring and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable holiday. We will not forget them, and they will be the reason we will return to this special place. They are a credit to the resort as a whole, and we hope their contribution is recognised by the management of the hotel, who should be very proud of their effort and commitment.

We stayed 5 nights at Santhiya Tree Resort in Koh Chang. The architecture and buildings are so beautiful. The breakfast buffet is served by the infinity pool. The view is fantastic, and the great choices in the buffet are excellent The staff are so friendly, and the owner/manager is a wonderful person, very simple and approachable. The whole resort is well-maintained. The foods are so delicious, and the environment is very relaxing. The Garden Bungalows are spectacular. We would love to stay again at Santhiya Tree. I love the garden and Spa so much. Massages are great; there are 3 choices: soft, mild, and hard. After stressful working months, a soft massage is great. I recommend it highly Santhiya Resort for those who travel to Koh Chang.

Good selection of proficiently presented western and Thai dishes. Excellent selection of cocktails to be worked through. Clean well kept gardens and helpful friendly staff. Located down a side street off the main road, so well away from the noise and distractions which ensured a peaceful stay. Beach is generally clean with a beach that is under knee-deep water at high tide. Time your walks accordingly. No problems with stray dogs or monkeys. Rooms very clean and functioning with no issues during our five night stay. Top marks!!

Overall great experience in a unique hotel. We took the room with a pool in the balcony and a view to the river and it was totally worth it. One of the most unique room balconies I've been to in a hotel The pool and beach area were a bit small but we were their in the off-season so it wasn't an issue for us and it was great and very quiet and relaxing. The staff was extremely nice and were attentive to our needs. Downside: - the food in the beach restaurant wasn't good. - The water pressure in the shower wasn't stable - The hotel really overcharged us for a taxi to the main street. We later changed hotels and realized they charged us double the price for a similar taxi ride. Overall 4.3/5

Every single staff member went out of their way to make sure our stay was peaceful and seamless. The breakfasts were a real highlight—delicious and served with such warmth. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We are endlessly grateful to every person who works at this hotel. Their warm smiles and peaceful presence made us feel right at home. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and calm space—we’ll carry this experience with us always
