Location is mid, beds are terribly uncomfortable as they felt like I had springs in my back. They didn’t offer breakfast for my 7 day stay. Also they have the hidden resort fee ONTOP OF PARKING fee. And it was freezing. We didn’t even use the “resort” because it was 40-50s outside. So really it was a crappy motel style bed to stay in for the week for $600 when i planned on paying $250. The ONLY thing we liked was the pillows and my kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Picture of the room set up. Also the bathroom doesn’t have a fan: which was weird. And the water in the room is 6.50 each so DONT open the water lol. We used USAA perks to book our stay which included “ALL FEES INCLUDED” which was a lie.

Here is the English translation: --- Superb We hesitated to book this hotel mainly because of the Google reviews, but in the end it was an excellent surprise. The staff let us access the water park while waiting for our room. The slides are really nice, even for adults. The 3 pools are heated, and the whole complex is very clean, certainly freshly renovated. We walked to ICON Park and were able to visit the gift shops on the street at the same time. Breakfast is really complete, and the waitresses are friendly and available. Truly fantastic. The only downside is that the water park only opens at 11 a.m., which means you can't enjoy it on the day of checkout. Fortunately, the pool and spa open at 8 a.m., so we were able to go before leaving.

Stayed here with my wife and kids this week and found the reviews to be helpful while shopping around so I figured I would leave my own now that we're home. We stayed in building 6, room 206. The rooms are decently sized but there was an unbelievably high level of moisture in our room. My kids colouring sheets remained damp the entire week, as well as some of our clothes. "Daily housekeeping service" was nonexistent. Our garbages remained full the entire week. While we requested to not be disturbed on the 2nd day of our stay, nothing was done day 3 and when my wife spoke to the front desk tho clarify the daily light housekeeping vs full service, we still had to go down to request towels (twice) after the call. Although there was a language barrier between us and the housekeeping staff (Spanish) they were all still very sweet and helpful, but regardless, we still didn't get the full service as requested that day. We intentionally planned a day outside of the resort but came back to a still uncleaned room. It seems like they've done a good job on the partial renovations to the rooms outside of building 6 and the lobby, but could certainly benefit from a full renovation. The location is perfect and they offer great amenities for the kids (seriously, kids will love it) so why not spend a little more time and money making it something guests want to continue to come back to. Overall- just OK. 3/5 stars

Very nice for the price. Rooms were a little outdated and had some minor cosmetic issues. The pool and slide/Waterpark area was perfect for kids. Clean and well taken care of. Staff were so friendly and everyone was helpful.

This experience was terrible overall. Most importantly: the rooms have roaches. From the beginning, the staff did not accommodate the rooms needed and offered grown adults bunk beds as their best option because they were renovating rooms. When this was not sufficient, we were placed in 2 rooms with an early check in fee. On our 2nd night we returned to the room and found a roach on the wall. After this, multiple babies ran out from under the TV stand. When we arrived at the lobby, Michael was working. When the situation was explained, he quickly dismissed the issue and asked if we wanted to change rooms. As we were leaving for the airport in 3 hours this did not make sense. Michael then proceeded to call “Loss prevention” to the lobby and continued to dismiss our concerns. A refund for the early check in was provided ($50). Do not stay here. If the cleanliness of the establishment cannot be maintained, they should be closed.
