The staff were genuinely friendly, the lobby is beautiful, and our room was clean. It also seems like a good place for children, with plenty of animation and activities offered. However, the rooms are extremely old and the entire property feels very worn down. Everything seems to have defects and only works halfway or not at all. Wind blows through the corridors, and you can hear it loudly all night long even with the room door closed — it was unbearable. You can hear it clearly on the video. The cards at the door got updated but still didnt work (I think there's an issue with the cardreader by the door). Although the hotel is directly by the sea, you can’t actually swim in the ocean or relax on a sandy beach. Many photos on the website no longer reflect reality. For example, the seaside restaurant looks completely different now — almost empty. The food on the property is also disproportionately expensive, and the quality was just okay. Nothing special; any snack bar could cook the same. Overall, the place felt rather bleak and run-down. Unfortunately, we checked out after just one night and let the remaining nights go to waste.

We have stayed 2 times and like it very much. We stayed yesterday during the power outage, which they received numerous bad reviews because of this. Of course it's inconvenient, but I'm sure it was unavoidable and difficult to resolve. It's very good value. Beds are comfortable, it was clean. It isn't new but it's well maintained. The pool is huge and very clean. Beautiful view.

Our company chose to host our annual event at the Radisson Hua Hin Spa Hotel, trusting that the Radisson brand would deliver high-quality service for our team. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below expectations. The issues we encountered included: 1. No assistance upon arrival: There was no bellboy or staff available to help with our luggage when we checked in. 2. Poor food quality: The meals served were poorly prepared and did not meet the standard expected from a hotel of this reputation. 3. Repeated power outages: During the afternoon session of our meeting, the electricity went out several times, forcing us to continue without air-conditioning until the evening. 4. Overnight power failure: The power outage continued past 2 a.m., and even by that time the issue was still unresolved. We witnessed other guests checking out early without receiving any compensation. 5. Lack of support or compensation: Due to the continued disruptions, we ultimately moved our entire team to another hotel. Despite the inconvenience and impact on our event, the hotel offered no compensation or sincere apology. The Sales Manager refused to acknowledge responsibility and repeatedly insisted that the power would be restored “soon,” even though the situation continued for hours. This has been the worst hotel experience we have ever encountered. There were additional inappropriate responses from the Sales Manager to our HR Director that were unacceptable and difficult even to describe.

Looking for silence and quiet? A spot to read and simply be? Listen to the waves and birds chipping? Tucked away from everything this place provides a perfect hideaway from buildings and malls and noises - yes there ar elots of activities planned but eventually the place remains quiet and soothing ! Hotel itsel if 30yrs old yet hangs in there very well and doesnt even have a wrinkle Only one remark: no sufficient vegetarian options in the menu - and breakfast - even considering the very nice South Asian breakfast options everything is either meat sea food or eggs - not all vegetarians eat eggs! Besides that it really is a soothing place and staff is friendly

During my recent stay at Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin, I experienced a mixed range of impressions. While the hotel’s exterior exudes an impressive appearance, some rooms and furniture exhibit signs of age and require attention to minor maintenance and cleanliness issues. Service delivery can be slow, particularly during check-in and peak dining hours. Furthermore, the pricing of food and beverages may not align with the overall value proposition. Lastly, the beach area’s cleanliness may not meet the expectations of those seeking a pristine beach experience. In summary, Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin provides a comfortable environment for a brief getaway, particularly for families seeking a spacious resort with comprehensive facilities. However, service consistency and room upkeep could be enhanced to align with the Radisson brand’s standards. With improved maintenance and management, this resort has the potential to become exceptional. Currently, it offers a pleasant but not flawless stay.
