Excellent location next to restaurants, bars, massages and with nice sea view and access to the sea. The Ginger restaurant breakfast was very good and included nutritious plant base options such as beans, tofu etc. Also very good service. Had dinner there once and it was very good and very good service. Also had one dinner at the mediterranean restaurant terrace with great sea view, good food and good service. The room was spacious, bed comfortable but the room and bathroom is a bit outdated (25 years old hotel). Minimal amenities in the bathroom, no turndown service, I would say a bit expensive to oay usd 300.- a night for this type of hotel with minimal ( still good front office, housekeeping) service. For max usd 200.- this would be ok. The pool is nice and the gym well equipped. A very decent place to stay if you dont expect top 5 stars Hotel.

Very disappointed with our experience at this hotel starting with the female manager / senior staff who attended to our family on Sunday evening check in 14 June . I am 65 years old and I understand there is a senior promotion We requested for adjoining rooms as im needed to help look after my daughter and son-in-law laws 3.5 month old child She made us feel awful and even said that she will be harsh and hard on us if we complain about the service Maybe it’s her langauage limitation but she could be professional in how she communicates and not be rude to us , the customer , of your supposedly high class hotel . Her demeanour also looked mean and hard so that added to the bad experience Where’s the smile and gentle tone of voice we expected especially from a Thai . Maybe she isn’t a Thai When I asked for a purifier for my room as my daughters room had it , the person, a male, I spoke to only said I will try Meanwhile no update until a day later a lady housekeeper checked for me and said there was no more Also the concierge who had our luggage didn’t send it up to us until we asked hours later Other hotels would have noted which room we were assigned and send it up to. Honestly I didn’t see anyone else check in And the concierge surely would have known why thr luggage is still thr after so many hours The occupancy was definitely low so it could not be they were busy Finally thr beach is quite a disappointment as it’s not clear waters and only a short place to swim as much of it was rocky Of course this is not the hotel ability to control We won’t recommend to stay here as there are better hotels with nicer beaches in Hua Him and to avoid bad service check out other hotels

Staff were all incredibly kind & attentive. Very good restaurants, pool, beachside bars. Rooftop bar gives a great view of the coastline & surrounding city. Bed was very comfortable. Airconditioning worked well. TV has accessibility to Netflix, YouTube, Prime video provided you request a modem/router to be hooked up for your room. Hotel wifi works well. Only negatives were that the room was starting to show it's age & we had some issues with the bathroom lighting & some of the standalone lights. The hot water does take a little time to warm up, & a 4000 baht bond was required upfront on arrival that wasn't conveyed when booking.

Recent stay in an executive club room. Well presented room with ocean view and huge balcony overlooking the ocean. Floor to ceiling windows allowed the view to continue into the lounge. Staff were excellent, service excellent location excellent. Downside is a current construction development beside the hotel which does cause a level of noise during the day. Unaffected at night time. Hotel seems to attract the older demographic with only a few families present. Highly recommended.
