We recently visited the Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand for a dinner outing, and it turned into a truly enjoyable experience for both me and my wife. The hotel has a classy and relaxing ambiance, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The highlight of our evening was the exceptional service at the restaurant. Sonia and Sreerag took great care of us with genuine friendliness and professionalism. They were attentive to every detail, always smiling, and ensured we had a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the hospitality made the night special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a memorable evening.

We stayed in this Hotel and the stay was very comfortable, and satisfying right from Check-in, In-house Restaurant, Quality, Cleanliness, Size of rooms, Breakfast, everything is perfect. The Staff are very very respectful, welcoming and service quality is top notch. Every staff around us made us feel home. Lobby is huge, with good sitting arrangements to welcome your visitors, do meetings. Spa, Swimming pool facilities are excellent. Overall ambiance is very beautiful with some instagrammable photography spots. I would highly recommend this place if you wish to spend a cool & calm vacation in Oman.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the facilities were great, and everything was clean and comfortable throughout our visit. A special thank you to James from housekeeping, who did an amazing job every day. Our room was always spotless, and his kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive — they truly made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. The room was absolutely beautiful, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Every detail felt luxurious and thoughtfully prepared. The breakfast was also amazing with such a great variety of delicious food and excellent service. There’s a reason I’m a VIP member with Radisson — the level of hospitality and care is always exceptional, and this stay was no different. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat!
