Our stay in Da Nang was truly unforgettable, made even more special by this Pullman. From its prime location offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of Da Nang’s spectacular sunrise and pristine beach, to the outstanding hospitality, every detail exceeded our expectations. Each morning began with a delicious and generous breakfast buffet that set the tone for the day. I also thoroughly enjoyed The Nang Spa, especially the complimentary access to the steam room and sauna, which provided the perfect way to relax after exploring the city. A special thank you to Evie, whose warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Her cheerful smile and willingness to help elevated our entire experience. It’s service like hers that turns a great hotel stay into one you’ll always remember. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

What an amazing stay at the Pullman Da Nang. We spent 7 nights here on an all-inclusive stay & could not have asked for anything more. The food & drinks were outstanding, seriously no one can eat 7 meals a day! Everything was made fresh & such an excellent quality. The staff at the Pullman are the best in the tourism industry. We met such wonderful staff, every time we came into contact with any staff member, they always greeted us with a warm smile & hello. We had a garden view room on the ground floor, which was spacious, quiet & cleaned to a high standard every day. We used their spa facilities twice, a massage & foot/leg massage, which were equally as good. The location is perfect, on the beach, close to convivence stores, massages, restaurants (should you need it) Anna's laundry and coffee shops. The swimming pool was perfect, great size & a spot on temperature, which we spent most of our days & relaxing or on the sandy beach under an umbrella. A special shout out to just some of the most amazing staff here for making our stay truly memorable & providing us the best service... Daisy (Breakfast room manager) Thien & Hien (Poolside bar) Dinh, Hazard, Ly (Azure Restaurant) Chau (Spice Restaurant) plus the female evening manager at Espice Restaurant (sorry we forgot your name) to name just some. We would also like to thank the welcome team for the special anniversary surprise of fruit, wine & a cake in our room, which was so much appreciated by us. We can't wait to return; you have us hooked!

We really loved the hotel overall , and the only reason why I cant give a 5 rating is due to the lack of pool chairs. You either have to get there early to grab pool or beach chairs. The location is great if you need to pop out to other restaurants in walking distance, close to the airport , the city and Hoi An. Breakfast options were superb! Loved the Vietnamese Machiato! And the breakfast staff always attentive to service. Pho dishes delicious ! Only the kids menu was disappointing ,i.e the steak was small. Rooms cleaned perfectly everyday, beds comfy, clean linen, new towels everyday even if you didn't request. Liked the idea of the beach bag in the room. The cushions for the benches at the end of the bed were constantly slipping off, so not kid friendly. Some interesting retail inside the lobby. Free use of the SUP boards, body boards. Particular mention to the kids club , they did arts n crafts activities. And the one lady who was engaging with the children. It would be nice to have a water dispenser close to the pool area .

Hotel itself was nice but senior staff service were very poor. Reception manager wasn’t worried about customer satisfaction or our concerns. We tried the hotel restaurant this evening, I ordered fish and chips, I think 4 chips just about counts the 2 small fish pieces were just bigger than my fork. Thanking the Pullman for the responses. We fully appreciate the efforts the hotel went to supposedly investigating our concerns and it is our word against there’s and instead of putting the customer first they decided to make a poor customer services decision. Having spoken to other guests this seems to be a common theme. They still can’t explain how we knew all the details that were given to us about the supposed none issued vouchers from time to place and why but I guess the customers are always wrong at the Pullman. I would like to thankThanh and especially Phuong at the spa they have been amazing. They understand customer services very well, maybe worth considering some of them for senior management… Following continued effort by the hotel to resolve matters albeit towards the end of our stay they have taken onboard the concerns raised and hopefully things will improve if not for me with the couple of days left but for future guests. Updated and edited 3rd July 2026 from 3 to 5 stars I hope the improvement continues…..

As an ALL Platinum member, this was by far the best hotel of our 10-day trip to Da Nang. The complimentary round-trip airport transfer was an excellent Platinum benefit. We were greeted by a staff member holding a sign as soon as we exited the airport, and once we got into the car, we were immediately offered cold towels and chilled bottled water. In the 32°C heat, this thoughtful gesture made a fantastic first impression. The surprises continued at check-in when we were informed that we had been upgraded to a Family Suite. We were also welcomed with fruit, cake, and a bottle of red wine, which truly made us feel valued as loyal Accor members. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning private beach, a fantastic swimming pool, and a relaxing resort atmosphere. It is the perfect place for a holiday. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. This was easily the most enjoyable hotel stay of our 10-day trip to Da Nang, and I would not hesitate to return.
