This hotel is absolutely faultless, i am so glad we chose to stay at this hotel. Our rooms were superbly cleaned every day and it felt like the housekeeping team were very thorough. A highlight is the buffet breakfast as the amount of selections were just amazing, so much to choose from. Hotel staff were just so friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Compliments to the General Manager on such a fantastic property. Cannot wait to visit again

All the staff they are supposed and excellent care.they are so warm and welcoming to everyone. Is excellent cleaning service everything. Lovely beech and lovely view. We miss everyone. Our stay is amazing 4 days. It's helpful for me to understand that front desk gave me the hotel guides of japanese. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had so much variety including Vietnamese foods. This buffet breakfast never gets bored!! We went to swim in the pool everyday during our stay, it made me feel so relaxed and refreshed. The room was nice and clean, especially the specious bathroom makes me comfortable. The staff are very friendly, always a smile and a greeting, and helpful with my requests. Especially guest service staff Mr. ANH, he is very helpful with my request. I’d like to give special thanks to him. We had the time of our lives. Thank you. We hope to stay again.

Always attentive, smiling and extremely accommodating. I travel almost 6 months of the year either on vacation or for business and yours is a "stand out" hotel. You should be proud of your team! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in October this year, and we absolutely loved the hotel and the service. One of the drivers picked us up from the airport and also took us back when it was time to fly home to Australia — everything was perfectly organized. I’d recommend visiting during the quieter season, as it was the perfect time for us to relax and unwind. The only downside was that the meal options were a bit limited — since we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the resort for eight days, a bit more variety would have been nice. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!
