We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The amenities were always clean and well maintained, and both check-in and check-out were very prompt and easy. Our room was spotless, and the staff were always helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We were always able to find a space by the pool, which made relaxing really easy. Although the hotel is quite spread out and the walk from our room to the lobby and breakfast area was quite far, the staff made it easy and enjoyable to get around. They frequently gave us lifts on their golf carts to breakfast and to the pool club, which was a really nice touch. A special mention to Humberto, who gave excellent service in the premium bar and steakhouse and really made us feel welcome. João and the rest of the team were also lovely and added to the great experience. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

Front desk told us take shuttle to beach and get discount on chairs & umbrella. Not so. Hotel Drop-off has pool but no beach rentals. Very frustrating because we would have made other route choices. You can go left to glass front building with tiki huts and rent 2 chairs & umbrella for $20 per day though. Everything else at hotel good till now. The balcony rooms are enjoyable but coffee brewers don’t work well.

Just simply incredible. Arrival, Met by João on arrival at the resort, lovely welcome but he recognised quickly we could miss dinner, so he directed us straight to the restaurant. Following a long trip with my young family, a display of very delicious food was most welcomed. Once we dined, João booked us in and we we taken to our room. Room/suite Immaculately clean, inside and out. The house keeping do a fantastic job. Mini bar that was reasonably priced and complementary treats on arrival. We were located at the far side of the marina, this was lovely and peaceful with another pool, the staff are very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Dining The food at this resort is amazing and the offer a great selection. Very high quality produce. I highly recommend a minimum of half board, ideal for those that wish to explore during the day. Staff The staff at this resort are brilliant and so attentive. We really felt looked after and the staff go the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. 'John' the buggy driver was amazing with my kids. If youre looking for a high quality, peaceful family escape where you will be looked after. The this is the resort you need to book. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the NH Marina was on all aspects outstanding, the service we above expectations. The staff was attentive to all our questions and demands. Overall the stay was one to absolutley remember as one of our best stay in Portugal. The staff's attention to details and the provision of an absolutley dedicated service is acmarked difference of this Resort from others. Particular attention to assisting the environment with their internal program offered to clients (which we joined) who are willing to assist in reducing the environmental impact by agreeing not to change the sheets, not to wash and chang towells every day is a first of its kind we have seen in all our world wide travers, congratulations is a must. It is difficult to name and one in particular without missing one so we can affirm that all the staff well deserved a 5* +.Thank you very much

It was a beautiful property with friendly people however I am disappointed with my recent stay at NH Hotel due to an unacceptable room condition of our first assigned room and how we had to pay to have the situation resolved. When we first arrived, we were assigned Room 88, which had water all over the floor and even on the bench where we placed our luggage. Unfortunately, we did not realize the bench was wet until after our belongings had already been set down, leaving our items wet. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, making the situation even more uncomfortable. We had only a few minutes before a dinner reservation, so I quickly went to the front desk to report the issues and request a new room. Maria at the front desk was very kind and clearly concerned, which we appreciated. However, despite the condition of the room, we were still required to provide a credit card payment to switch rooms. Because we did not have time to wait for maintenance and were told they were unavailable at that moment, we felt pressured to pay just so we could get settled before leaving for dinner. Overall, the combination of a clearly unprepared room and the lack of flexibility or urgency from the hotel made for a very disappointing experience. I expected much better from NH Hotels. Given the circumstances, I believe a 60 euro refund for the room change would be a fair resolution.
