Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife during our holiday. The resort location is very nice because it is far away from the city centre. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially the dining staff and receptionists. The room was very spacious and still felt quite new. If you choose the ocean building, the view is beautiful and highly recommended. The bathroom was very clean, with a large mirror featuring built-in LED lighting. The bathtub was spacious and the hot water worked well. However, the shower drainage could be improved, as water tends to pool during showering. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food choices. The pool and beach areas were also well maintained and enjoyable. There is also a convenience store if you want to buy some snacks or drinks. My wife tried the spa, and the price was reasonable with excellent service. However some of the restaurant or building at the resort were no longer operational. Overall, this resort offers very good value for money and is highly recommended.

Stayed for one night to attend a wedding and had a pleasant stay. Staff were great. The room was clean, comfortable, and all amenities were in good working condition. It was nice that the TV had kids’ channels, which kept the little ones entertained. Kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. Breakfast was decent with a good enough selection. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for the current price.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and had a lovely overall experience - big thanks for Vanessa Thien for giving us the wedding vouchers last year. We had a fantastic wedding last year April and honestly it felt like yesterday - we had so much fun, rasa macam nak kahwin balik ahhahah 💛 And now we’re back here after a year to celebrate our anniversary. The highlight of our stay was definitely the candlelight dinner. The setup was beautiful, and the ambience made the night feel really special. A big thank you to Fuad, who took great care of us throughout the dinner—he was attentive, warm, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. He even gave us a memorable touch before we left, which we truly appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, though I would recommend informing the hotel in advance if you’re celebrating a special occasion and expecting any specific arrangements. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a meaningful anniversary celebration. Thank you to the team for the hospitality.

Hello there, I don't know where to start but I am sharing my inputs with all the good intention hoping that you do take actions and feedback seriously before you have to shut down your place. Your hotel lost its glory days. The entrance looks deserted, no guard at guard house, no street lamps - which makes the pathway eerie to walk on at night, trees had taken over some of your rooms and you are hardly even taking care of facilities besides the landscape. The beach was full of rubbish swept to shore from ocean, the beach on its own had crystal clear water and soft sand. But rubbish along the side of the shore and swimming along with rubbish is an eye-sore and unhygienic. The swimming pool is not maintained well as well. It was dirty, filthy, and the slides are chipping and need to be resurfaced. While you are at the outskirt of KK, we want to rely on your 'four' restaurants. But to our dismay, most of them are closed most of the time, zero efforts to welcome or show the menu. We were not feeling welcomed at all to dine at your place. To share about the room, it was dated, not super clean with lizard droppings and I need to call them again to do room service the moment I entered the hotel. It was utterly disappointing when you have such a big land, very nice breathtaking view, private beach, .. but they are losing their spark and definitely had better days in the past. I wish management takes my review seriously and pay a visit/spot-check on your workers and quality of the facilities.

One of the staff members was very rude and insisted that we pay for breakfast because we didn’t bring our breakfast voucher. Instead of explaining the situation politely, they spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. Many other hotels simply check the guest list to verify breakfast eligibility. Please improve your service, Nexus. A little courtesy and professionalism would make a big difference.
