You can feel the hotel's hospitality the moment you step through the doors. Every staff member, from the doorman to the reception team, was friendly, welcoming and attentive. They helped with our luggage and delivered it directly to our room, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The facilities and amenities were excellent, including the toiletries, swimming pool and gym. The room was well-maintained and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and all the staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank **Marry**, who was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. She provided outstanding service and made my dinner even more enjoyable. I would also recommend that the hotel consider adding a service charge or an option for guests to leave tips, as the staff truly deserve recognition for their hard work and excellent service. The rooms were clean, the hospitality was exceptional, and the kindness of the staff made my stay in Malaysia truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malaysia.

I enjoyed my stay from 10.6.26 to 14.6.26. Great service from check in to checkout. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious/clean & the seaview was magnificent. Mr. Malcolm at check in/out was professional, courteous & most efficient. Ms. Hanna Wong, the floor manager/supervisor at the breakfast dining area was most efficient, with bubbly personality and the best a hotel could ask for in an employee, when promoting the Le Meridien brand name. Keep up the good work.

Everything was smooth, well-organized, and beautifully managed. The atmosphere was elegant, peaceful, and luxurious. Le Méridien exceeded my expectations in every way. I had an excellent experience at the hotel’s buffet restaurant on the first floor, and much of the credit goes to Roger, the manager. His leadership is evident in every aspect of the operation. The restaurant runs seamlessly, even during busy hours, and the staff remain consistently attentive and well-coordinated. Really enjoyed staying here while visiting Kota Kinabalu. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main shopping malls and restaurants. The pool was a decent size, and the rooftop bar was really nice as well. The buffet style breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. Staff were always friendly and willing to help. We had a couple of issues with the room, however once we notified the staff, they were quick to attend to our concerns and resolve these matters.
