Rooms could do with more lighting. Beds comfortable. Pool and pool bar opening times could be longer. Some people want a nice swim after a day exploring. Pool is small but not many swimming, plenty of loungers free. Location is ideal for Yumbo centre bars and shops, no issues with noise. A bit far from the beach if that's what you are going for. Bus stops at Yumbo centre good for exploring the area. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food was great. Loads of choice and good quality. Gym equipment was a bit limited and some was out of action all week. Could do with a water chiller in there. We really enjoyed our stay there. Oh yeh, forgot about the showers instantly going from ok to scolding every few seconds. That was the only real gripe.

Stayed at the Neptune in May 2026. Will definitely be booking to go there again as it was such a wonderful experience. Wonderful, friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Room and hotel was lovely and clean and the food was really good. I’m a very fussy eater and found something to enjoy every meal time. Food was of good quality also. Lovely pool with plenty of sun beds. Also, a great snack bar, food of good quality and not expensive. A big shout out to our waiter Romano who really looked after us.

After 30 years in the high-end hospitality industry, I was pleasantly surprised by this exceptional establishment. The tranquil oasis it creates is well-deserved of its four-star rating. It offers a private club-like experience without any fees. The exceptional team working here is the true reason for its success. I cannot adequately praise the staff. My wife and I spent a couple of weeks AI here earlier this month. There was a mixture of good, not so good and awful! Overall the hotel was well maintained, the public areas were clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. There are a lot of steps in the hotel, which you cant avoid using which is not ideal if you have joint or mobility issues. The buffet style breakfast had plenty of choice, with eggs, bacon and omelettes cooked to order. There was also plenty of choice at the dinner buffet with different cooked meats every time. Our favourite meal was the a la carte lunch at the pool terrace bar, which had a varied menu as well as a salad bar. We had a pool view room, which was a good size, with a large comfortable bed, a decent balcony and good sized bathroom, with a walk in shower. The room was entered from the road side but there was an internal door in the corridor which eliminated road noise. Unfortunately the cleaning of the room was very hit and miss. It was impossible to regulate the shower temperature which went from luke warm to scalding hot and back to luke warm without touching the tap. We had to have our 'clean' towels changed on 3 occasions as they had brown stains and or holes in them - not what you expect from a 4 star hotel! If it were not for the fantastic staff this would be a 2 star review!

This is a super hotel. The rooms were well appointed and comfy with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We liked having a fridge and kettle and reading lights. The staff were without exception all lovely, we felt very welcome. The breakfast options, were terrific, the evening meal options were wide and varied. There were themed nights in the restaurant so we had both a Mexican night and Chinese night whilst we stayed there. There were plenty of sunbeds at the poolside, and having towels you can take to the beach was ideal. WiFi was really good everywhere. I’d stay there again without question.
