I had a wonderful stay, and I would especially like to recognize Geni and Ervis, who work at the hotel bar. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality and positive attitude made every evening enjoyable. The drinks were excellent, the service was outstanding, and they always made us feel welcome. Geni and Ervis truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They are a real credit to the hotel, and I look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The Norida complex is located on the outskirts of Kardamena with easy access to the town by the local bus. There are plenty of pools to choose from all having ample sun beds. The layout and scenery is amazing, all kept extremely clean by the hard working staff. Everyone we came across was overly helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a fabulous experience. The food in all the restaurants was great, from the buffet to the à la carte you are spoilt for choice. The whole dining experience is exactly that an experience, from start to finish we were so well looked after. The food was something else, beautiful flavours and well presented. Our glasses were never empty, we had constant top ups throughout our à la Carte dining, attention to detail from all staff was fantastic. Really lovely happy team. The beach has plenty of sun beds for everyone, it is a beautiful pebble beach with fishes swimming around your feet even in the shallow water. There are various water sports available on the beach (at an additional cost) so if you’re happy just sunbathing or you’re a bit more adventurous there is something for everyone. Thank you for making our time with you so memorable. Will definitely be back, already looking to book again.

Excellent hotel! They truly do everything to uphold the high standards of the Mitsis name. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Whenever we asked for something, they did their best to help us as quickly as possible and make us feel comfortable. The food was delicious, and every day we were amazed by the huge variety of choices available. Everything we tried was tasty. There are restaurants and bars all throughout the hotel, even on the beach! We are going home extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only downside is that I gained a few kilos during the week I stayed there 😆 With so much delicious food and so many dining options available, it was simply impossible to resist! 😄

Just returned from a 4 day break with my girlfriends at Mitsis Norida, from the minute we arrived we had the warmest welcome from the staff who couldn't do enough for us. Special shout on to Marinela who looked after us so well and always greeted us like old friends she really made our stay so special. The resort was fabulous and the choice of bars and food on offer were fantastic. Our room was perfect and the sea views incredible. We also enjoyed a boat trip and paragliding which was great fun. A trip into Kardamena was lovely we enjoyed Buddies bar and Bliss bar and the quaint streets and shops everyone was so friendly. Absolutely wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

We just returned from a week here and overall we had an amazing stay. Personally though we feel it is a 4 star rather than a 5 BUT it wouldn't take a lot to get it to a 5. The buffet selection was limited, albeit tasty and feel the dining area is very tired and could do with updating to give it that 5 star feel. We did book breakfast at the grill 3 times and booked the onsite al e carte restaurants, which were wonderful. The service was okay, staff were friendly for the most part. Altin at the pool bar was truly a step above the rest, he was fantastic. All staff should take a leaf out of his book. You can get a bus to Kardamena and Kos from outside the hotel, and we hired a car for 48 euro, which enabled us to travel the entire island. Highly recommend going to Zia to watch the sunset, was phenomenal! There are some onsite shops and supermarkets for ease also! The hotel itself, pool areas and beach were really clean and well looked after, which was lovely too see and we had a room overlooking them. All in all, definitely worth a visit.
