We have just returned from a two week family holiday at the Hilton. The hotel is really well located for Santa Maria town and the beach by the hotel is stunning! There are water sports at the hotel and excursions are easily organised through the team on site. All of the staff without exception from the housekeeping to the guest relations were fabulous, shout out to Melody, Junu and Leonardo. Every one was always smiling, helpful and professional. We were disappointed with our room's views espcially as we were there for two weeks. The food was good for an all inclusive dinner service, however, some of their dinner themes are repeated twice a week and so we had repetitive and limited meal options which was disappointing. We had read that there were tennis court at the hotel as well which when we arrived found that there weren't. This should be addressed in AI searches.

I truly believe that Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort is the best hotel on Sal Island. I spent a lot of time exploring the area, and whether you want to or not, you inevitably see other hotels. Many guests from neighboring hotels would even come to relax on the beach in front of Hilton, which says a lot about the quality of this place. The food here is absolutely outstanding. Everything is delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I would also like to highlight how incredibly clean and well-maintained the entire hotel is. The attention to detail is impressive. One of the things I appreciated most was the feeling of peace and safety on the beach. You can truly relax here no one disturbs you, no one constantly approaches you, and you don’t get overwhelmed by crowds. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your vacation. The staff is attentive and professional, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. For me, this hotel deserves nothing less than 5 out of 5 stars. I would happily return again and again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a beautiful property; we had a huge balcony looking to the sea, and they go to great care to make the grounds/flowers so lovely on the property. They have live music many nights at the hotel, and the staff are very helpful. Good wifi, good gym, a huge pool, and so many choices for the buffet breakfast. It’s not right in the city center of Santa Maria but just a 15-20 minute walk, and it’s right on a gorgeous beach. The use of the beach chairs and umbrellas for Hilton guests was really appreciated as well.

They were incredibly professional, patient, and always happy to help. Sofia took the time to explain and confirm all of my Hilton Diamond benefits, making sure everything was arranged perfectly. Both of them made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. I also want to thank Kevin, the Personal Trainer. Even while I was on holiday, he helped me stay on track with my fitness goals. His training session was professional, motivating, and tailored to my level. It was one of the highlights of my stay. Excellent service, beautiful resort, and a fantastic team. I can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Hilton Sal exceeded our expectations. What truly makes this resort outstanding is the exceptional level of service. The staff genuinely embraces the "no stress" island mindset, making you feel relaxed and well looked after from the moment you arrive. Everything is kept spotless, neat, and beautifully maintained. Whatever you need, the team is there to help with a smile and great attention to detail. They really go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: they kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out, and they even surprised our children with a delicious cake to celebrate their name day. These small gestures made our holiday even more memorable.
