The people that work here are all friendly and helpful. If you need something they will go out of their way to get it. There are four restaurants and the food was great. Beach is well maintained and plenty of beach chairs. If you don't want to swim in the ocean there are several pools to cool off in. The entertainment crew has nightly shows with singing, dancing and acrobatics. There was even a fire show on the beach one night. The Kama Sutra Palace has yoga on the beach during the week. They also put on work shops to enlighten you in the mornings. I would highly recomend attending them. The piano bar was a lot of fun if you like to sing along. The rooms and king size beds are comfortable. It is a clothing optional resort except in the dinning areas.

I absolutely love it here! I've been several times. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The updates rooms are luxurious. The others are basic. People don't come to this resort for the rooms. They are there for the experience. The entertainment, the people, the freedom are unmatched. Engage in the theme nights and you can be a different person each night. There is a reason why people call this place "Home" Be aware, this is a clothing optional resort. If you do not feel comfortable nude, you will not have access to that side of the resort.

I've stayed at this resort for four years in a row, and this is the first time I've had such a disappointing experience with housekeeping. On two consecutive days, I placed the sign requesting that my room be cleaned. The first day, it was never serviced. The second day, I even spoke directly to housekeeping and asked if they could please clean my room while I was away. I intentionally spent hours at the bar and pool so they would have plenty of time, but when I returned, my room was still untouched. I then called the front desk and was told they would take care of it. Nothing happened. I waited longer, called again, and eventually had to come down to the front desk myself because I still didn't have clean towels or a serviced room. At that point, I was trying to shower and get ready for the evening festivities that I had paid to attend, and I was delayed because basic housekeeping hadn't been done. Eventually, I was handed a bag of towels, but I still had to wait for my room to be serviced. This is the first time I've experienced this after four years of staying here, which is why it's so disappointing. I expect occasional mistakes, but after multiple requests to housekeeping and the front desk, this level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the price of the stay. I sincerely hope management addresses these housekeeping issues because this has never been my experience here before.

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The food was outstanding. The room, however, could use a little more maintenance and updating, but not bad. The biggest complaint I have was the hours of operation for the Pool, hot tub, bars, and restaurants. The only thing that I could count on was the buffet at certain times. The rest of the opening and closing times took me a few days to figure out. And I found it odd that the pool would close at 6 PM and not open until 11 PM. I understand they have to do cleaning but I think that could’ve been scheduled better. The grounds were very well up, kept, and clean. I would just like to Say again that the staff was absolutely fantastic always positive always professional!

The staff the staff the staff!!! Krissy, Ricardo, Junior, Scully/Mowayne, Omar, Usain, Jordae, Fabian, Shanoya, Winston, the list goes on!!!! Hands down they made the trip a life changing experience. Although the resort itself was beautiful and clean, the resort could’ve been a shoes box and this staff would’ve still made me book again. Excellent kitchen staff. Excellent bar staff. Excellent ENTERTAINMENT STAFF. Excellent excursion staff. Give those people a raise.
