This hotel is great. Very clean. Good food. Great staff incl stefy and airam. Great reception team. Ina is lovely. Smoking/vaping is a problem if you do, although you can in certain areas. Need more toilets around the bar and pool. A morning Coffee around the pool should be an option as pool opens at 9am. Pool bar opens at 10am. Music around the pool was on loop and very poor. But once I asked it was changed for a more chilled vibe. Rooftop bar should be open at night too. All premium drinks at the bar which is good. If I would say one thing. If you want to go to your room at night the entertainment is too loud from the room but don't suppose a lot can be done about that so just crack on. Great views of the bay from mostly all rooms. I would upgrade the sunbeds we went to the beach club a few days and it was much more comfortable and relaxing. But all in all a good hotel. Nothing much around it, but that's what we wanted. Puerto Rico and mogan are a short bus or taxi away. I hope My criticism is constructive. This is a great stay. Thank you all team at H10 x❤️

Fantastic hotel located in the quieter side of the island. Perfect hotel for getting truly away from it all. Reception staff fantastic and really went over and above to help us celebrate a big birthday. Can’t thank you all enough for making our stay so comfortable and helping us get a taxi down to Puerto Rico for our jet skiing. Wishing all the staff a very Merry Christmas 🎄

Beautifully placed hotel. Next to a lovely beach. The room that we was in was on the first floor, as they didn't have any of the privelege rooms. It's worth paying the extra for the privelege band as you get access to a lounge and a small pool. As well as a separate area in the dining room. The only thing that spoiled it was a bar person that wasn't happy with her job.

The hotel itself is nice, with friendly staff, good food, and a pleasant pool. But all of that was ruined by the fact that the hotel allows guests to smoke on their balconies. My entire room was filled with cigarette smoke because the guest below was constantly smoking. I reported this to the reception, and they did absolutely nothing. Completely unacceptable. It’s unbelievable that a hotel of this level tolerates something that can so easily destroy a guest’s stay. I will not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone until they fix this problem.

Love this hotel staff were amazing the rooms were beautiful and clean food was delicious and cocktails were lovely - this place had no kids and was for older crowd but still enjoyed just that the entertainment at night was noisy in the room if you wanted an early night you could not sleep until it finished at 23:00. No spa which is a shame but everything else was lovely had a great stay
