I never leave reviews, but with this hotel, I feel I need to. Firstly, our flight was delayed and when we eventually arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco, and a bottle of wine in our room with a note, which was a good touch. The breakfast was really good, freshly cooked eggs and bacon, with the rest of the stuff spot on, a special mention to the fresh orange juice machine. The sun loungers and pool were very good, from giving us fresh towels pool side, to finding a space to lounge without the stress of it being busy. The staff were very friendly, from the chefs to the cleaners, we were made to feel appreciated, which added to the relaxation. Our room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed, including an electric stove, my only feedback would be with the terrace room, the lounge area outside was under a palm tree, so we were greeted with bits of the tree each morning, but nothing you couldn’t easily get rid of. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for a week in May and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay — a good gym, great breakfast every morning, large rooms with kitchens, and an excellent location within walking distance of the Yumbo Center. What really stood out was the atmosphere and overall vibe of the place. You can feel the personality of the hotel in every detail — from the design of the rooms and common areas to even the outfits of the staff. It created a fun, welcoming, and relaxing environment throughout the entire stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and service-oriented. Every request or issue I had was handled quickly and with a smile, and they genuinely made me feel welcome the entire week. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. I’ll definitely be visiting again next year!

My partner and I have just returned from a week at this hotel, and we had a fantastic time. Check-in was smooth, even though we arrived early, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless, the pools are excellent, and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. It’s refreshing not to be at a place where guests feel the need to wake up at dawn just to reserve a spot! Our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a massive shower which was a great bonus. Breakfast was consistently great. Awa and Ahmed at the egg station were always smiling and happy to prepare eggs and omelettes exactly how we liked them, which really added a personal touch. A special mention also goes to Eugenio at the bar — he was brilliant. The cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was always top-notch. We’ll definitely be returning to Gold by Marina!

We just wrapped up a wonderful 7-day stay. The hotel is in an excellent central location, making it incredibly easy to get around, yet our room was top-quality—modern, comfortable, and maintained with a high level of cleanliness. The staff are truly the standout feature. Their attention to detail is exceptional; they seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked. I especially want to thank Ainhoa, who was so patient and helpful during the booking process when I had many inquiries. While the booking website is well-designed, it does have a few bugs, but Ainhoa ensured everything was handled perfectly. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. Christian was incredibly useful, sharing local shortcuts and tips that saved us so much time. We also loved the excellent breakfast each morning; the quality and variety were a highlight of our trip. It is a fantastic team that clearly cares about every aspect of the guest experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic adult only hotel. Lots of special touches, from provision of beach towels by the pool to complementary popcorn at pool bar. Breakfast served until 12pm (with prosecco) which suited us as we dont like to eat too early. The rooms were serviced every day. Chocs & beer were left in our room Holy Thursday to wish us a Happy Easter. There were ample sunbeds & some designed to give lots of privacy. The staff were so friendly & fun. If you're visiting Playa del Ingles, then Gold by Marina is a must.
