I stayed at the hotel for a week in May and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay — a good gym, great breakfast every morning, large rooms with kitchens, and an excellent location within walking distance of the Yumbo Center. What really stood out was the atmosphere and overall vibe of the place. You can feel the personality of the hotel in every detail — from the design of the rooms and common areas to even the outfits of the staff. It created a fun, welcoming, and relaxing environment throughout the entire stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and service-oriented. Every request or issue I had was handled quickly and with a smile, and they genuinely made me feel welcome the entire week. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. I’ll definitely be visiting again next year!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location in Maspalomas is simply unbeatable—convenient, beautiful, and ideally situated. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how extremely clean and well-maintained everything was. The entire property is kept in immaculate condition. The staff members deserve a special mention: they are exceptionally polite, warm, and highly professional, always ready to help with a smile. If you are looking for a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, this is the place to be. On top of that, the swimming pools are absolutely fantastic—perfect for spending long, relaxing days soaking up the sun. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gran Canaria!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Gold By Marina! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times, and every area was impeccably maintained. The entire resort smelled fresh and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The pools were fantastic – clean, relaxing, and never overcrowded. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing adults-only holiday. The location is excellent, with the beach, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Thank you to the whole Gold By Marina team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🫶🏼

I rarely leave reviews but I feel I have to make an exception for this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived which was quite late at night a friendly and helpful member of the team immediately offered us a refreshing drink (We chose Prosecco) and then the checking in process was fully explained. When we got to our room we was extremely happy with how modern the room was and a decent size too, there was a bottle of water in the room as well as a set of towels to use the next morning for the sunbeds at the pool which by the way can be changed regularly throughout the day and always with a smile. Breakfast is excellent from freshly cooked bacon & eggs to salads & fruit, all washed down with a drink from the orange squeezing machine, ice cold flavoured waters or of course Prosecco!! The sunbeds and all the amenities from the jacuzzi to the sauna are first class and the cleaning standards throughout the hotel are superb. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back again next year. Thanks guys great hotel and your fantasic team work tirelessly to make sure everyone has the best experience possible 👏👍

My partner and I have just returned from a week at this hotel, and we had a fantastic time. Check-in was smooth, even though we arrived early, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless, the pools are excellent, and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. It’s refreshing not to be at a place where guests feel the need to wake up at dawn just to reserve a spot! Our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a massive shower which was a great bonus. Breakfast was consistently great. Awa and Ahmed at the egg station were always smiling and happy to prepare eggs and omelettes exactly how we liked them, which really added a personal touch. A special mention also goes to Eugenio at the bar — he was brilliant. The cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was always top-notch. We’ll definitely be returning to Gold by Marina!
