Room We were in an executive family suite. The room sizes were generous for 2 adults and 2 kids. One negative point for me was that the water running/flushing from neighbouring rooms can be heard from the main room with the en-suite, especially when late on when you tried to sleep. Location The location was fine with the nearest mrt Havelock about 7-8 mins walk from the hotel. Service The service in general has been pretty good for our 7 nights stay. All staffs I came across were friendly and with a smile. We have had breakfast at the club lounge each morning. Most mornings we were greeted by Iskander. He was a wonderful host who really understand customers needs. He made our morning breakfast time enjoyable.

Furama RiverFront is an excellent choice if you're looking for good value in Singapore without sacrificing comfort or convenience. While it's not a brand-new luxury hotel, it's well maintained, clean, and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious by Singapore standards, with comfortable beds, effective air conditioning. The decoration of our room felt really minimalist, dated and cheap. Some areas of the hotel show their age, but everything is functional and well cared for. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It's in a quieter part of the city, yet within walking distance of Havelock MRT, Robertson Quay, and Clarke Quay. Getting to Marina Bay, Orchard Road, Chinatown, and Sentosa was quick and easy using public transport or Grab. The breakfast buffet was uninspired and the breakfast area felt like a school cafeteria. The quality was below average and it was hard to find anything worth eating. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and gym, which were great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions were handled promptly and professionally. If you're expecting a brand-new five-star luxury experience, this may not be the right choice. However, if you value spacious rooms, excellent service, a convenient location, and great value for money in Singapore, Furama RiverFront is a good option. We'd happily stay here again and would confidently recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable base to explore the city.

We had a comfortable 7-night stay at Furama Riverfront. The staff were courteous and genuinely friendly. I had mentioned my wife’s birthday via email before arrival, and Ms. Hershiel went out of her way to deliver a cake, some goodies, and a birthday card to our room. That gesture was very sweet and made the celebration special for us. Ms. Lily from housekeeping took excellent care of our floor and room. She was quick, efficient, and always helpful. Even with a language barrier, we understood each other perfectly — her service spoke louder than words. The Reservation Team deserves special mention too. Ms. Nurul and Ms. Zee were extremely helpful while booking and answered all my queries patiently. Ms. Liza from Guest Services also made our stay smooth and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful stay. Kudos to the entire team for making it memorable for my family.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around Singapore. The staff have been friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room is well-maintained, and the facilities have met our expectations. We also appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the smooth service provided by the hotel team.
