I had the privilege of enjoying the spa and wellness activities at Furama Resort Da Nang, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The therapists are highly skilled and well trained—I enjoyed one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating wellness experience. The resort offers a variety of wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, and sound healing. I especially loved the 11:30 a.m. sound healing session—it was deeply relaxing and set a beautiful tone for the day. Starting the morning with a yoga session is, for me, the perfect way to regenerate energy and reconnect with myself. thanks Ms Iivy and Giri Raj for wonderful seasons.

Was there with my family celebrating our wedding anniversary.. The staffs were very friendly and professional in the way they handled us. We were welcomed with a beautiful room deco and a tasty cake. The entire resort, the pools, access to the beach and the facilities available were top notch. The thing that caught me by surprise was the resort had their own freely-moving peacocks to welcome the guests.. breakfast had a good spread buffet.. a truly satisfying stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip unforgettable..

Furama was the most beautiful resort during my stay in Vietnam. The grounds are filled with paved jungle paths that lead to a hidden lagoon style pool, a cafe and a very nice and clean gym. The beach facing part of the property has two infinity pools facing the ocean flanked by a cabana bar, steak house and other restaurants with a tranquil courtyard leading you into the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean with open bathrooms and cozy decks looking out into the jungle or beach. The service is extremely kind and attentive. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a mix of fresh foods from diff Cultures. A welcome treat was the western style breakfast items I was missing from home. I would highly recommend staying here

Our stay at the Furama villa was extremely enjoyable. The overall service, accommodation and facilities was great. As we were travelling with two small kids, we had dinner at the various restaurants and were highly impressed with the wide selection of different cuisines. We would like to especially recommend the Danaksara restaurant which had very yummy local food, so much so that our son specially requested to have it again for our dinner on the last day. We also wanted to give a special shout out to the kids club. The staff was very friendly and there was a wide selection of toys available for the kids to play with. Our kids happily spent one whole afternoon in the kids club running around and playing. They also got two lovely tattoos drawn thanks to the kind staff.

So you will see most reviews are from a "local guide". Furama pays guides and influencers to give positive reviews. Furama felt like a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star. When we arrived, there was no greeting, no one asked about our bags or anything, not like a 4 or 5 star hotel. We finally got someone to notice us and were able to check in and they did deliver the bags to the rooms, so ok. I also was asked if I wanted to upgrade and receive the breakfeast package and I decided yes. We got to our room and it was nice. We got a simple suite with a king bed. The bed was two lumpy old twins pushed together. I was appalled a 5 star resort would do that. The next morning we got charged for breakfast because they ended up not upgrading it to the breakfast package, and that was annoying. Also, for a "culinary" resort, he food was very average. Average buffet quality food, nothing great or special but certainly every single meal was overpriced. The thing I disliked the most about Furama, they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Afternoon snacks, really just leftovers from breakfast that were lying out in a lounge, turns out you have to pay for the afternoon tea package. The buy one get one free drink happy hour special? You have to get the same exact drink and exactly from 5-6. Our a/c also froze one night but they did give us a fan. We booked tours that were double the price of other hotels. Despite being more expensive the costs of tickets for the actual places you go to in the tour were not covered. The location is nice, Da Nang is beautiful, but thats all I can really give them. They have two different pools that are nice with some activities but not enough to keep you occupied.
