After reading some of the recent reviews, I was a bit worried about our stay—people mentioned everything from highway noise to cleanliness issues. But the moment we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and our room felt comfortable and well-kept. Yes, you can hear a bit of freeway noise, but once our door was closed, I barely noticed it at all (though I’m also a heavy sleeper). The location is fantastic—being so close to Disneyland made walking to the parks super easy, which was a huge plus for us. Parking was also simple and stress-free. While there’s no complimentary breakfast, that wasn’t a deal-breaker. They do have a nice coffee stand with grab-and-go breakfast options, and you can purchase a breakfast buffet for about $20 if you prefer something more substantial. Overall, we had a great stay and I’m glad we gave this place a chance. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The reviews doesn’t do this place justice. I recently stayed here 10/23-10/27 4 nights. This is my new Disney Hotel. I was able to check in early at 8am. Manager or owner was very friendly. Staff is great. Room was clean, comfortable , and stocked daily. Less than 15 mins from Disney. A straight shot from the hotel. I’m an early day Disney person so it was nice to see the fireworks from the hotel.

It was clean and comfortable. The workers give you good service. The only 2 things I didn’t like 1.- They charged me $30 dlls for parking 2.- They didn’t have toothpaste (Hotels usually have toothpaste) Besides that everything was great, I little bit nosey but I was able to sleep great and rest

Booked this room because I was told they had a shuttle to Disneyland, and I was also told the room had a pullout couch. They don’t have a shuttle! They have a buss service you can buy tickets for (like a city buss). The room did not have a pullout couch, I was told by the front desk that the 800 number (from the hotel website) were just salesman who say what ever to sell rooms! The front of the hotel is really nice… Just don’t get a room in the back… gate locks were broken the card key wouldn’t open any of them Trash everywhere, felt unsafe!

I have never written a review, but this was so bad that I felt it very important that I let people know about my experience so they can either be prepared or make other plans. As I sit on hold with this hotel right now (it’s been 14 minutes) I have a moment to warn anyone planning to stay at this hotel. I am a lifetime silver elite member. I say this only to let people know that I have stayed at my fair share of Marriott properties. This was hands down one of, if not the worst experience for so many reasons. 1. HOUSEKEEPING: you only get housekeeping every 3 days, otherwise it’s a $30 charge. They will come in and give you towels, take trash and replace coffee daily. Regardless, I tipped $10 a day. I had to call and ask for coffee supplies most days. Even after their official cleaning day, they left coffee stains all over the coffee tray, they never replaced or dumped out the melted ice water in the ice bucket, they did the absolute bare minimum which made me question the cleanliness of the entire hotel and wondered what I couldn’t see on the floors or walls or bed or toilet. I keep a very clean room and tip always so I honestly felt taken advantage of and insulted. 2. NOISE: they can’t help this part but they are directly next to the highway so there is a significant amount of highway noise in every single room that you could stay in. I use a white noise app on my phone so this didn’t bother me too much but I thought I would note it for people planning to stay there. 3. NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED: see notes below 4. UNDERSTAFFED: It is very clear that they are understaffed at this hotel and Marriott should be doing something about it. People are not being taken care of properly and the classic Marriott standards are definitely not being upheld. 5. SAFETY: see notes below To be quite honest, that was the last straw for me at this hotel. 6. CHECKED OUT EARLY: I was slated to stay at the hotel for another two days but when the conference ended, I decided to leave the hotel and go to another one in LA as my flight was out of LAX. I simply did not want to stay in this hotel anymore. I told them that I was leaving early and when I was checking out and they told me that I would get a refund for the last two days. 7. RESCINDED REFUND: I received a voicemail, telling me that housekeeping went into my room and said that I had left things in my room so I would not be receiving a refund. That is a flat out lie. I had completely packed up the entire room and left to go to LA and stayed at another hotel. There was absolutely nothing left in my room whatsoever. As I said before, I keep a clean room. There was no way that what the housekeeper said was true. I did complain about housekeeping when I was there so I wonder if this was retaliation. So, back to the beginning of this novel I’m writing! I just called the hotel to discuss the refund mix up and proceeded to stay on hold for 14 minutes until a manager named Alex answered. He told he was sorry for the wait and that he was the only person at the desk. It was 6:30pm and they had one person at the desk. He was nice but said he’d have to investigate and call me back. He said he’d had to talk to housekeeping. I told him about the woman that almost didn’t answer the door that night as well. He said he would look into it and check cameras. There’s not much else to say. Marriott needs to do better quality checks and make sure their properties are up to acceptable standards.
