I want to give the guy credit who checked me in - he is the only redeeming quality this establishment has to offer. Do not be fooled by the pictures - they are catfishing. This hotel is horrendous. First, the water was turned off ALL DAY LONG with no solution provided to for showers, drinking water, etc… Second, the rooms are hideously maintained. I was given an early check in and went to the room. I felt like I was freezing and it felt windy even on walking in. Turns out it was freezing because the balcony door couldn’t properly close or even lock so cold air was coming in from outside. It smelled like smoke likely because a prior guest was smoking on said balcony with a door that wouldn’t close. I was given another room with two twin beds that was a downgrade to the room I had booked - it was certainly too small for two humans to occupy with suitcases. This room also didn’t have functioning heat. Third, the location is ok for being near water street, but there are dozens of other hotels with better proximity and that have water.

You can not beat this hotel. Such a good price, location, service. The room views of the city are great. I love the location being so close to the water. Staff was super friendly. Check in took under two minutes.

Water shutoff for over 12 hours and counting, and no heating either as a result. First they said until 5PM, then until 10PM, and still nothing at midnight... I get that it's somewhat out of their control, but their failure to communicate or warn guests leaves a really bad taste. No safe in the room. No lotion. Slow Wi-Fi; desk layout isn't good. Tiny rooms. Housekeeping didn't replace water bottles, even on the day when water line maintenance was planned.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. It was a bit small and didn’t have a view, but that didn’t bother me at all. The staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping came by every day, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was really good too. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again!

Cost effective accommodation, but worth it. Of course it's not a fancy hotel service, but it is still very enjoyable stay. Located in the financial district, lots of convenient stores, deli pharmacy within walking distance.
