An Exceptional Family Stay — Santorini Hospitality at Its Finest My husband: As a Marriott Gold for Life member who has traveled extensively around the world, I can confidently say Domes Novos Santorini ranks among the very best hotels I've experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attention to detail were remarkable. What made it truly special was that the entire team was Greek — true professionals, deeply knowledgeable about the food, the hotel, and the island itself. Their authentic hospitality elevated every part of our stay. Every member of the team went out of their way to cater to our family. Our 4-year-old son was thrilled with the toys, pool items, and the genuine interaction from staff who made him feel like a VIP. Even more impressive, the resort's educator joined us at breakfast to help with our 5-month-old daughter — a thoughtful touch we've never seen anywhere else. We were also generously upgraded, and the room was simply stunning. The bar service was top-notch, and dining at the restaurant while watching the Santorini sunset was unforgettable — the views are breathtaking. We had the most amazing experience at Domes Novos in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. We were welcomed with lovely welcome drinks and even received a room upgrade, which made our stay feel even more special. The staff were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is excellent quality, and the scenery around the hotel is simply stunning. The pool area was incredible and we also loved all the thoughtful complimentary gifts in the room. A big shout out to the cocktail maker that makes cocktails in the evening he was an absolute delight! Best cocktails we had. Thank you to all the waiting staff they were just absolutely amazing Too. Housekeeping was outstanding and every detail was taken care of perfectly. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations and truly made our trip to Santorini unforgettable. My wife and I just checked out of Domes Novos Santorini and are now in therapy we are so sad to leave. What a wonderful hotel. It is just down the hill from Oia and an easy walk into town so you can escape the crowds for a bit of tranquility but have access to all the restaurants and sights. There is ample parking if one rents a car or buggy. The rooms are spacious and with a private pool for your room, it is just magic. BUT as is often said, "bricks and cement does not make for a great hotel, it is the people" and Domes Novos has extraordinary staff. First off is the Front Desk staff who from the first minute to the last were very helpful (thank you Elektra). The bell team and housekeeping were always ready to help. Then the amazing Glykeria at the concierge desk who was fabulously helpful with reservations and guidance as to where to go and what to do. Having the great breakfast with the great view was made special by Anatoli and team every morning. And then the martinis! Christos made the best one of our four country trip on the first night but then Eleni made an even better one on our last night.......OK it was a tie. A wonderful property with wonderful staff makes for a wonderful stay.

The location is a 15 min walk off the bustling main streets in Oia, so it’s a great, peaceful escape. Our room was spacious, very private and immaculate. A big bathroom with lots of counter space and storage, and an incredible shower space and lots of hot water pressure. The private pool is the cherry on top. Service and staff was out-of-this-world hospitable and anticipating of our desires, including touching gifts and gestures throughout our stay. The breakfast offered was everything and more, with lovely, friendly service. Seeing and chatting with Anatoly every morning was the best way to start our day. I couldn’t have asked for more from the spa, with wet and dry saunas, a relaxation room overlooking a spacious pool, and a really cool aesthetic. It was a special 7-day experience and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting Santorini again.

I was expecting to be closer to classic Oía and the domes but Santorini is way more spread out than I expected. The grounds themselves are lovely and having a private pool is a huge perk. The rooms are very nice and clean - we arrived to prosecco and sliced fruit which was a nice treat. The shuttle to town is convenient, but instructions on how to find it could be more clear, as well as recommendations of where to go once you get off the shuttle. One night we wandered around in the wrong direction and were pretty disappointed in the lackluster food and scenery. Food on property is good, but very pricey. Burger, potatoes, and 3 soft drinks were €54... But breakfast was included and it was excellent.
