My boyfriend and I were upgraded to an ocean front room for our two night stay. The sunrise was beautiful and we could see it right from our window. The beach was easily accessible as it was across the street from the hotel. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We cannot wait to book our next trip with the colony hotel. Could not recommend it enough.

This is a great little historical hotel. If you go into it thinking it is going to be like a modern hotel built in the last 10 years you will be disappointed. If you understand when this was built and it has been fitted to keep the original feel along with modern expectations it is just fine.

Perfect central location. Service from Izzy top notch as he went above and beyond to help us. Check in swift and easy. Towels and other amenities at request for the beach and free to use. Room clean and amenities good. I scored a 4 because a little TLC could be needed. However it is art Deco. Don't let that put you off. Yes, I would stay here again.

I had a blast that weekend with my wife. We are local but we wanted the experience of having party on Ocean Drive and don’t being worried to come back home. The Colony Hotel has a perfect location and the staff members are super friendly and helpful. I really recommend it.

This would be for the restaurant area. Cool vibes sitting out side for brunch. With the Famous 64 Caddy next to us from ScareFace. Food prices are expensive...But your on the strip...its expected B U T..... 34.00 for steak and eggs over cooked my med rare steak. Potatoes were ok, no seasoning same with the steak. They do give you a free coffee or mimosa for staying at the hotel. Should've could've Google the reviews for something more flavorful. Ohhh. Party of 4 or more automatic 20% service charge and 3.3% aprox for credit card.(that's a separate charge) *** looks that most or ALL the restaurants on the strip "automatically ADD" the 20%-22% to your bill. Your in a prime location, the food should have FlAvOr! Side of toast is "blan" the jelly packs are from school days at the cafeteria.
