We had such a lovely stay here , would definitely recommend. Staff are all so polite and friendly. Food was great for us found something we liked everyday had a good verarity available , all tasted super fresh too which is great. Our bongolw was lovely had a small little fridge which was super useful. Beds arent the comfiest the sofa bed was much softer on our backs but apart from that we was really happy with the room . Locationed in a lovely area , its about a 10-15min walk to the beach . Nice local bars and restaurants around too. Will definitely be returning in the future

Having an awesome week here. Rooms are very clean. Food is above excellent,very fresh and a good selection which changes daily including forest salmon,king prawns,muscles and roast chicken. Staff are very happy and always have a smile. Nothings too much trouble. Pool was just about bearable in mid December but again very clean. Thanks to everyone that made our week away special. Can't fault it.

Didn't have a great start here. Got given B70 lovely refurbished bungalow with the white windows, room have been done up with hair dryer, wardrobe with safe, telephone system to ring reception. Unfortunately I had a shower the drain was blocked so the whole room was flooded. Reception sent someone to have a look at the blockage and got told we gonna have to move to a different bungalow (55) We wasn't happy to be given a bungalow for disability. Bascially was one big room with beds and sofa with a open wet room. Went back to say we not accepting B55. Got offered B65 Similar to B70 but hasn't been refurbished. no phone, no hairdryer, no bedside tables with draws. Which wasn't a big issue. however it was right next to the restaurant. Stuck towels and swimming stuff outside to dry (smelt like cooking) Woken up early constantly by delivery vans. Just to top it off we stayed 7 nights only had room service once, suppose to be every 2 days. Restaurant is decent nice selection of food. But don't go too late, evening dinner finishes at 9.30pm they starting putting food away at 9.10pm. Pretty sad to see majority of the food get thrown into bin bags. Entertainment not great basically a couple of people doing it. 3 pools in this hotel the smaller ones always have towels on sunloungers early in the mornings. So never had chance to use them pools. The main pool was a little walk across 2 roads to get get to it. Overall experience is okay. Customer service could have been better.

We had a great stay at Caleta Dorada and even extended by a few days because we were having such a good a time. We loved our bungalow, its facilities and the space it offered. We spent most of our days by Pool C where Harry's energy and enthusiasm for his job kept us all entertained, my wife particularly liked his yoga class. Splash Bingo was a hit too! Kalabunga! Nuhaila in the kids club was fantastic with our 2 year old daughter, she took a real shine to her. We really couldn't fault the staff behind the bar, in the restaurant, reception , cleaners, security and maintenance. They were all very friendly and approachable. I think as long as you remember its a 3 star hotel you will have a great holiday here. We will certainly be back.

We knew our hotel would be a wee bit out of the way which suited us because we had the kids with us. Very short walk to the beach and the 'centre' about 10-15 minutes at most and that was with little legs. The entertainment for the kids have been great, as well as evening entertainment. Javier especially, getting people involved and even including my wee boy for the yoga & aqua aerobics when it's mostly aimed at the adults, more than welcoming. All of the staff have been brilliant. It's been the perfect time away for us.
