I just had a 5 days all inclusive in this Hotel and have to say I have mixed feelings, in General the hotel is really good, BUT.. there's a lot to improve. We initially booked this hotel as we loved what the pools looked like, however they were a big let down! They were insanely COLD! Which made it basically impossible to use them. (They were much colder than the sea water and it was November time) so that was a big let down cause we didn't use them, they also charge to use the spa and the indoor jacuzzi, which I thought it was included in the all inclusive. Internet, there's no WiFi in the rooms or communal areas apart than the main reception, once you're past reception there's not even signal to use your own Data so the whole time we had to keep going to reception to check our phones. Ideally they need to solve this ASAP The entertainment was absolutely awful, in sure if it's because it's November, however, the hotel was busy. There should be more, budget for the entertainment. The all inclusive drinks, well, they were ok, however I hated that you're extremely limited and that cocktail of the day rule, I tried the cocktail of the day everyday and they were terrible, HOWEVER, the staff at the bar was incredibly nice and helpful so they will try offer something else that adjust to the all inclusive rules. (Big shout out to all the Bar staff who were excellent) Food, now, for we paid I wasn't expecting much from the restaurant, however they really surprised us! Everyday the food was to die for, and the amount of selections and options were extremely good. The amount of variety on the salads was really good too, in general the Food was really really good, well done to the kitchen team for the great food and the logistics at the restaurant. The location was really good too, there are bus stops close by, so you can get around easily and be in Grandes Playas in less than 10mins. I would definitely be back, but please sort out the freezing pools!

Hotel was good, food let’s say: lunch and dinner really good, breakfast- every day the same (English breakfast of somone really like it) Staff and hotel service were great! Really friendly people, restaurant clean just a bit busy sometimes. Really nice pools. 4stars for room because our air con was not working, WiFi it’s really poor connection, so if you would like to check your phone evening time the best idea is go to reception. And seriously bad point for hotel “towel reservation of sunbeds”. One day I just want try to have a look and yes, 6am towels on sunbeds🤣💪 So if you would like to lay and relax close to pool… you know what to do 💪😆 Otherwise great hotel! Highly recommend ;)

We are family of 4 and we booked 7 days in October half term and we had quite badly experience tbh. First of all we have been placed in room next to reception, by the walkway where everyone was walking by and you can hear it in the room. First night was awful as it was very loud(people walking by and staff moving chairs in the entertainment area). Air con was very old and loud and wasn't blowing any cold air. I had to wake up and turn off the very old fridge at 1am at night as it was extremely loud. Couch that was turning into a bed was very old, creeky and had two different levels when turned into a bed. Very rough sleep. We have complaint to the reception next day and it looks like the guy wasn't even surprised and no apology whatsoever. After very long phone call we have been given an option to change to room to 509 but he said if we will not like it we will have to wait till the next day (so he knew that room wasn't great either). We went to check and it was better BUT it had a smell of damp, mould in it. We decided to give it a try as I couldn't stay any longer in the first room. We've managed to get rid of the smell after leaving the room open for entire day. Later We've found out that smell is coming from the wall that was damp on the other side of the shower where was leaking. We've spotted on the evening that shower head was damaged and it was bursting out water absolutely everywhere. We have spoken to reception about it and guess what? Nothing was done until next day when we've complained to another receptionist. And again no sorry, no apology, nothing. Shower head has been finally changed. We had one cockroach. New room was never and much better and quieter but there was no signal or wi-fi. Wifi was not working 99% of the time. We've complained about the wi-fi and nothing was done about it again. The only place that wi-fi was working was the reception area. We've been told that the place is going through a big changes and we really hope it does as it needs it. There was a lot of people drinking, vaping and smoking cigarettes by the kids pool and no one has done anything about it. There was one specific lifeguard that told me and my kids off for having a small swimming rings in the pool (they can't swim so they had to have it) even when the pool was empty. Swimming pools were not so clean with sand on the bottom paint coming off. Everywhere you walked there was something that got stucked to you feet as the floor wasn't cleaned. Stairs that lead to a slides were black with loads of dirt on them. There was way too many things outdated and needed a good repair, maintenance or just a good clean. I've came back to home with a nasty ear infection after swimming in a pool by our room as the water wasn't very clean in this pool. Food was repetitive and not very tasty(I've seen a chef cooking a beef steak thick as two pound coins as it was still frozen), many deserts served were still frozen. Beef and pork were overcooked and inedible. Ice cram machine was constantly out of order. After a few days we felt really bad and didn't want to be there anymore. Luckily we've hired a car and went to see the island and somehow we've survived till the end. Place need a lot of changes and a lot of attention as ther is a potential in this place. The only things that we liked was the location of this hotel, pool bar as well as the main bar(good selection of drinks and no limits) and entertainment. We have to say that Gizela, Marta and Alba have done their best to entertain the kids with mini disco and show nights, karaoke etc. Kids absolutely loved the mini disco and the staff. Overall we will not come back to this place and we don't recommend it. Hopefully it will go through a lot of changes so people can try it and maybe like it.

This hotel is a good base if you wanna go exploring we were away from the main pool and had a quieter pool right next to our room. This pool was great apart from the walk to bar and restaurant were quite far. Food was okay always had chips and pasta, me and my partner are quite fussy but managed to always find something however had to eat out at end of the week due to lack of veg in our systems. Main Pools were big but we didn’t use these. Shame about the no floaties rule as we had brought our own but couldn’t use. There was also a no saving sunbeds rule but still saw plenty of towels on sunbeds with no people. Don’t do cocktails apart from 1 special cocktail a day which on all inclusive was a massive shame. Only have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer but clothes came out still wet. They said towels get changed every 2 days and bedding every 4 however our towels only got changed once and bedding never got changed. Both sets of towels had countless stains on them. Hot water didn’t work for 3 days. Woman on reception was lovely and friendly and incredibly helpful with all our issues. WiFi and signal is a big issue says we have signal but doesn’t work and the WiFi is shocking don’t think it’s worked once our entire trip. Despite my review this hotel has heaps of potential and like I said is a good base as it’s a short walk away from a couple shops and restaurants and around a 20 minute walk from the main strip. This hotel has been taken over by a new company so I’m sure all of this will be being fixed in due course. If I had to sum this place up with 1 good and 1 bad, the good would be the staff they have all been incredible and the bad would be lack of good WiFi and signal

The tooms are spacious and clean. The food is lovely, slightly repetitive but only if you dont eat the speciality food everyday. The staff are extremely friendly. Only downfall is the poor wifi and the staff do clean but will not pick the rubbish up, but the guests shouldn't be leaving rubbish behind. Pools are nice and not overcrowded with 2 fun slides.
