Myself and my friend have just returned from an 8 day stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. I just need to mention Joyce at reception who helped us with any enquiries and booked some of our trips. All the staff are brilliant but we would also like to mention Allen, Haris, Ans & Zayar who were very attentive and made us feel so welcome. Our room was beautiful, clean and cosy, the food & drink was great. The chef and restaurant staff would always go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience was a great one. The beach and pool area were well kept and extremely clean with regular waiter service for drinks from 11am. Absolutely excellent holiday, we would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends.

My husband and I have just returned home from spending 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel. We arrived at 2.30am to be greeted with a cool drink and speedy check in. Our room was beautifully prepared and very spacious. We were on the 4th floor with a sea view. Each day was spent lounging by the pool. There was never a problem getting sunbeds. The pool guys were very efficient and attentive. Parbat always greeted us with a smile and a chat. The poolside waiters were constantly checking to see if anything was required without being too pushy. Special thanks to Wube and Pasha both super guys. We ate most of our meals in the Vista buffet restaurant. Plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner. Again the waiting staff were helpful and cheerful. Special mention to Aye Chan and Jony. There was no evening entertainment provided but that suited us because we usually went for a walk at the creek joining the locals. At no time did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Would we return to this hotel? Definitely!

The worse service we ever had for 5star hotel. 2 years ago we were here and it was good. This is was the reason to return. But what we had this time - this is absolutely not service of Marriott family. Had a problem with adding guest to our room for few nights. After funnily adding the restaurant always asked as to pay. I don’t know why the staff cannot see it in the system or just solve the question by themselves with reception. Food strange and not so much options. Not possible to find any spoon near sauces and dishes. People just leave or use them hands to take from plates. Very dirty rooms. So much dust and not clean floor. Furniture is so old and fixed with scotch. And we staid not in Standart room. Music on the beach we heard very well in our room on 8th floor. And the room was the latest on the floor. Our 2 children couldn’t sleep. We choose this hotel because we liked it first time, but we will never come back because of this experience.

An exceptional family stay! We spent 12 days at Ajman Saray Luxury Resort with our child on an all-inclusive basis, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, with a private beach that feels like paradise and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Our room was spacious and impeccably maintained every day, offering all the comfort we could wish for. The dining is a real highlight: varied, refined, and always delicious meals that made our holiday truly memorable. But what really sets this place apart is the staff – incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The meals and service are simply the best in the Emirates. We leave with unforgettable memories and a strong desire to return soon.

Had a super nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean, and Ashitosh, that took care of our room, went the extra mile to make us feel special. He also surprised us with a birthday gift. If you go, don't forget to try out the Shisha from the competent hand of Moamen.
