✨ My Stay at Bel Jou Hotel ✨ What an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived at Bel Jou Hotel, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing! Every meal was a delight, from the fresh and delicious breakfast selections to the flavorful lunches, delectable dinners, and irresistible desserts. Every bite was prepared with care and exceeded my expectations. The entertainment, beautiful atmosphere, and stunning surroundings made my stay even more memorable. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the views, or simply soaking in the peaceful ambiance, every moment felt special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Bel Jou Hotel for making my vacation such a wonderful experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service, great food, and a relaxing getaway. LOVE LOAN ❤️ Until next time, Bel Jou Hotel!

The staff of the resort did an excellent job - Shout out to our favorites, Quincy, Princess and Brendon and the food was delicious. The nightly entertainment was mediocre at best. ( Thursday night with the Steel band and fire people was the best night) No music at the pool, not much activity at all. I found the resort boring and in need of some kind of entertainment upgrade. I have vacationed at many all inclusive resorts over the the past 35 years and this was just meh.

What a little gem! My husband and I stayed here for 1 week. The reviews are true - they take pride in service and the food was wonderful. We didn't even make it to the entrance! We had staff taking our bags and greeting us with rum punch and wonderful smiles. I can say that we've been to many all inclusive resorts and this place is one of our favorites. To the staff: we miss you all and thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. With love from Canada ❤️

My wife and I stayed here recently as the 3rd stop on our 3 island tour organised by Eshores holiday company. We travelled from Barbados on Intercaribbean Airways which lands at the local Castries airport only 10mins from the hotel. The hotel is located on a steep hill with amazing views over Vigie beach & Castries city. Our room was very comfortable, had a partial sea view but benefited by being in the shade most of the day. The hotel has immaculate grounds with 2 pools, we used the lower pool near the self service bar mostly. We liked the coffee bar with complimentary snacks & free entertainment watching the hummingbirds feeding. The hotel is adult only with buffet restaurant & an a la carte restaurant too. The food in both restaurants was delicious. I thought the buffet food was amazing, certainly the best hotel buffet food I've tasted. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the local Vigie beach (with Bel jou loungers & an attendant to assist you & watch your bags while you swim or walk) and also to the colourful market. The best thing about the hotel are the wonderful team of staff who are so friendly and helpful to ensure your stay is relaxing. The staff really enjoyed working together, it was lovely to see them laughing & joking amongst themselves when they weren't interacting with the clients. One highlight is the Caribbean BBQ night with great atmosphere, delicious food & fantastic local entertainment. I would definitely recommend staying at Bel Jou.

We spent 10 wonderful days at this hotel. Staff were amazing especially Samantha who has kept in touch with us. Food at all restaurants was lovely and Chef was brilliant at making me non spicy food when requested. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our cleaner was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. It is a bit secluded, but it hasnt put me off planning another holiday there. To all the staff at Bel Jou, thankyou for an amazing holiday.

$8k for my wife and I to stay at this location. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is kept neat and in order. That said the facility is old and needs repair in many areas. The first night there we had a power outage that lasted a few hours. For this money they should have flawless electrical service to include a backup generator. The food was average (sushi was great). Overall I didn't feel like this Sandals resort lived up to the hype. Keep your receipts if you put anything on your room, I bought two hats from the dive shop that were $40 @50% off and noticed a bill for $74. Could've been an honest mistake but it was suspect. Anyway try a different resort for this kind of money.

My husband and I stayed at La Toc for our honeymoon, and we had an absolutely amazing experience! We stayed in a Rondoval Butler Suite, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, our butler team—Mickey, Kumar, and Najem—went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and truly made us feel special throughout our entire honeymoon. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and would honestly come back just to work with this team again! The food was also incredible—some of the best we've ever had. My husband is still talking about the sushi at Soy, and every restaurant we tried exceeded our expectations. This was our first Sandals experience, and thanks to the exceptional service, beautiful resort, and amazing food, we're already looking at booking another trip. We cannot recommend La Toc highly enough and can't wait to return!

I had the privilege of visiting and spending the day at Sandals La Toc. It was an exceptional experience, with delicious food and great service. I travel frequently and usually stay at hotels, but this place stood out as the best I’ve ever been to. The team members were incredibly engaging and attentive. I would definitely return and recommend my family and friends.

Great resort with some unique mountainous views you do not get in other Caribbean islands. The beach is small, so if you like to walk a Long Beach this is not the resort/location. The food was very good. All in all it was great vacation here, but the value is not there. We have had better resort experiences for half the price. The only way we would return would be if we could secure a better deal.

We went here for our honeymoon. The resort was beautiful and unlike any other island we have been to. The scenery was gorgeous and reminded us of Jurassic park. The local food was great. We had a plantain kind of potato salad which we wish we could make at home. We climbed the pitons, went into the mud springs, and to a local waterfall. (Hot Chocolate tours took us and they were amazing!) At the resort, it was very relaxing and the food was really amazing. The pool situation was not the best. People would place their items or towels to reserve chairs, and then never show up. There would be no available chairs to use. While it was an amazing vacation, we do think that the price was a bit steep as we have experienced the same level of a resort/room for half the price elsewhere. Overall we would recommend anyone to go to st Lucia. We would probably stay someone else, unless we were able to get a better deal at regency la toc.

The room manager Sachelle went above and beyond in service. We booked a club room but were way too close to the main entertainment area for an older couple. We asked to move to a quieter location and they accommodated us. She made our stay here unforgettable! The management team is the best we’ve seen at all of the last 4 sandals resort!! The wait staff was excellent as well as the cleaning staff. Thanks for making our stay the best!! We have two more days left and to enjoy and we just received our morning room service! They are great! Shenelle, Sachelle and the resort manager are the reason we are booking another trip with Sandals.

Utterly amazing! ⭐️ My fiancé and I selected Sandals Halcyon as our wedding destination for ourselves and our wedding party. From our first meeting with Shandulla and the team here at Halcyon we felt very welcomed, cared for and was always made to feel special throughout our trip. The whole process was relaxed, stress free and very enjoyable. An incredible wedding day we will never forget. The hotel staff were lovely, rooms/facilities were stunning and the food at all restaurants was divine. We would both recommend the wedding team and hotel here at Halcyon to any future Mr&Mrs. Thank you Shandulla and team Mr & Mrs Bates x

Great location, but the service is a real problem. First of all, it was our anniversary, and they did nothing. That’s never happened. Second, they do not have an ATM, and the front desk will only do $100, and they will only do that once. The problem is they don’t tell you that up front so we ended up with a taxi driver that had to wait a day to get paid. I asled before I booked about the ATM. I was told the front desk would give me a cash advance, with no mention of the restrictions. I explained the situation to the manager and she would not budget on the policy to charge my card again. What ever happened to making the customer happy. Just horrible service all the way around. No one here is happy to work here. They hate their job and they show it. They strategically turn off the coffee machine in the club lounge every morning to drive you to the buffet. Forget trying to place an order for room service at night. They are supposed to be open til 10, but you get voicemail a lot when calling in room dining. Also, cockroaches by the pool. Real nice.

My husband and I had an incredible experience on our honeymoon at Sandals Halycon! This was our first all inclusive and it definitely did not disappoint. We had 3 butlers; Samantha, Veto, & Pluta 10/10. They made sure we had a smooth and relaxing stay. We got the honeymoon butler suite with the personal pool, but I have to be honest, we spent all of our days in the resort main pool - literally morning to evening! We met and connected with other guests with the many activities they had planned throughout each day. The staff made our experience way more personal and definitely kept my husband entertained with World Cup talk. The restaurant options were minimal but all great food! It was such heartbreak having to leave! We definitely plan to go back! Shoutout to all the amazing staff we had the pleasure of connecting with! - Javier and Gabriella Zendejas

Spent a week at Sandals in March. Overall the holiday was not bad but it did fall short of expectations. The highlight was a horticultural tour by the groundskeeper that really showed the passion of some of the staff. The "Taste of St Lucia" night was also a fun evening showcasing the local culture. We picked this resort as we were close to the Carribbean, whereas we would usually pick something closer in Europe. We found that the value was less that what we would get in Europe (even without considering flights), the food and drink was less refined and the vibe was not as relaxing. The club level benefits were not that great. Too often we had difficulty finding vacant loungers, there were no beach facilities, and a bunch of the rooms have no reprieve from a party that starts early and ends late every day. In conclusion: not bad but wrong demographic.

Did not stay here. Low season, local getogether, did a class in the open pavillon, followed by lunch and a swim. Great buffet food by Croatian female chef who has been on the island for a decade. Octopus sallad, paella, a killer shrimp soup and a peanut dessert that was a pleasant surprise. Always good wine, including the rosé, which was not too sweet. Staff wonderful a as usual, at reception and in the restaurant. Make you feel welcome with such ease.

We would come back in a heartbeat this place captures you, we loved the overall relaxed feel, the self service pool bar, the restaurant staff were just a joy. We had dinner in one of the cabanas one evening for our anniversary and there’s always plenty of sun loungers and towels. The gardens are gorgeous. I just loved the bamboo lounge area where we sat and played backgammon at night and also had afternoon tea. We did Pilates, the garden tour, a chocolate trip, the Monday boat trip (my least favourite) - we also did the rum tasting and spent a long time being entertained by the little birds at our terrace and in the restaurant! The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, the beds were comfortable the terrace with a fridge and sink area were great and always lots of water and drinks supplied. It was a beautiful and magical place to us and I’m thinking when we can return

Pure Paradise at East Winds – An Unforgettable 11-Night Escape! My husband and I recently spent 11 glorious nights at East Winds, and it is truly the ultimate destination for complete relaxation and unwinding. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolute perfection. Culinary Excellence The food here is simply out of this world. Every single meal—from breakfast and lunch to dinner—was something we genuinely looked forward to. Dinner, in particular, is a magical experience every single evening. Featuring exquisite silver service dining accompanied by live soft music, it creates the most wonderful, romantic setting. Pure Relaxation East Winds is a place where you can truly let go of the world. We spent our days sipping deliciously crafted cocktails by the pool and the beach while reading, feeling so comfortable and at ease that we even enjoyed a few peaceful afternoon naps on our loungers. World-Class Hospitality What truly sets East Winds apart, however, is the staff. They are the friendliest, most attentive people you could ever hope to meet, treating every guest like family and greeting us by name. It is impossible to single out individuals because every single member of the team—from reception and the gardeners to the bar staff, restaurant team, chefs, housekeeping, spa therapists, and the wonderful beach attendants—goes completely above and beyond to ensure you are happy, comfortable, and well-taken care of. A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful East Winds family for everything you did for us during our stay. You sent us home with precious memories that will stay with us forever. We cannot wait to return! Sheniz & Yılmaz

We LOVED our honeymoon at East Winds. We wanted to escape reality and go to a place that allowed us to relax while also doing various activities in one location. From the first night to our last, it just kept getting better and better. The level of care and service that the entire staff provides is unmatched. We always get caught up in doing too much during vacation but this was the perfect balance and you never feel rushed. If you want to do more activities you can, but we never felt like we were behind or anything. The food is incredible and the grounds are impeccable. They upgraded our room and they really make you feel like family. Shoutout to all the managers and staff that are just genuine people (you know who u are)! We stayed for a week and the staff listened to our needs and made our honeymoon so special. We are already talking about visiting again which is extremely rare for us. It’s a slice of heaven and we are forever grateful we took a chance on East Winds!

Our stay was amazing. The staff was without exception incredibly friendly. The rooms were super clean, spaceous and had good air-conditioning. Beautiful beach, lovely pool and pool bar. Good chats with the staff, especially with Brianna and Titus. Nothing but good vibes here. Must come back here.
