Initially we were given a awful room 107 , we arrived late 2235pm long day travelling, hungry ,we were pointing to the soup kitchen, where cold congeal soup awaited us , we decided to go down ouldeniz, to eat and drink. On our return we went back to reception, and told them that the room allocated was awful, they quickly changed our room, the next room was excellent . the salads are excellent, and most of the food of a good standard. Wine is ok , not top notch , but not too cheap, beer and cocktails are fine, adult pool is excellent, they want 14 pound for a safe key so bring a lock for your suitcase. Ouldeniz town is expensive, the blue lagoon a rip off bring sandwiches and drinks if you go there , sun beds are 25 pounds entrance 7 pound food is 10 pounds a sandwich.its our last day here , check out is 12 noon, and to stay for an extra 4 hours it's 35 pound, which we were willing to pay , but they said no , didn't even offer us an 1 hour , now remember we arrived late 10.30pm , so you would have thought there would have been some flexibility.

11 nights stay and it was absolutely amazing Arron and the team were fantastic the staff in general can’t do enough for you. Will definitely be coming back next year. Would recommend more fresh fruit section

Reasonable family hotel. Great location within the Olu Deniz resort. Rooms basic but functional. Towels changed everyday but not cleaned to the highest standard (don't look up or under beds) Pool good size and with sunbeds...be willing to get up early to secure a decent one though! Bar and seating area by the pool is well staffed with plenty of tables and seats. Staff work really hard. Restaurant area is clean and comfortable. Again, well staffed with a reasonable amount of choice. All well presented and tasty. Staff were great. Daytime entertainment consists of darts, water aerobics, Waterpolo and french bowls (assuming they have enough participants). Evening entertainment usually kids disco and then a show, never performed by entertainment staff. Bingo twice a week. Feel like a bit more could've been made of evening entertainment.

18th-28th September 2025. Recently got back from a 10 day holiday. Never been here before but would highly recommend to anyone. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing isn't too much for them. Our room was really nice, beds were comfy, shower was powerful and was cleaned daily and a fresh bottle of water left every day. The food, what can I say, so much of it was cooked from fresh in front of you and there was always a varied and good selection every day. Nothing ever ran out as it was always constantly topped up. The pride and effort taken in all the preparation of the food was amazing. There was never a queue for the bar and the cocktail list was a good one too. Entertainment was good for all ages every night and was just enough each night. The pool and sunbeds were very clean and the pool was a god send in the heat. Free Shuttle bus to Sugar Beach isn't advertised enough as its so beautiful down there a couple of trips is well worth it. The food and drink down there too is outstanding (that you do have to pay for but is worth it). Day trips are good. We did a boat trip which did 6 stops and a chance to swim in the sea which was so lovely. The strip of shops are close by which blow your mind as to how much there is so no chance of never not finding what you want. Will definitely go again.

This was our very first time in Turkey and we wished we came earlier. This is our 5th day and honestly it has been second to none. Our room is clean and tidy. The food is fantastical. We went to the a la carte and the stuffed mushrooms, fillet steak, and pepper corn steak were absolutely banging. The entertainment is really good. The break dancing and acrobatics were really impressive. The staff are absolutely fantastic and very professional. Murat the Guest Relations Manager made a point to come and speak to us everyday and make us feel welcome. We went to sugar beach and prices are average. We had a lovely time. Overall, definitely coming again. Already looking to book for 2026
