TreeHouse Villas was a incredible experience. For us the highlight was the breakfast spread, it was a really lovely food and everything you could ask for. The rooms themselves are spacious and luxurious, they offer a nice view of the beach. The surrounding area is great to relax, either in the pool or at the beach. We took advantage of the yoga classes offered each day! One piece of advice would be to make sure that your flights align with the boat shuttle service, as unfortunately, we just missed one and we had to wait a bit to get the next boat to the island. Overall, a really incredible vacation to relax on, and it's perfect for couples.

My wife and I stayed here in between business trips and were blown away by this resort. It’s truly incredible — from the setting to the service, everything exceeded expectations. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and tucked in a peaceful bay surrounded by stunning limestone mountains. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. While English isn’t everyone’s first language, they make every effort to take care of guests so well that it’s never an issue — in fact, it adds to the charm and warmth of the experience. Now, the food… WOW. Honestly some of the best resort dining we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Whether you order Thai, Asian fusion, or Western cuisine, everything is consistently a 10/10 — which hardly seems possible, but it’s true. The Pad Thai, Dim Sum, and Fresh Rolls were next-level! The resort also hosts themed buffet nights that are excellent and full of variety. There’s no shortage of things to do either — from kayaking and yoga to island excursions and cooking classes, you’ll never get bored. Yet it’s also the perfect spot to completely relax and unwind. TreeHouse Villas is a magical escape — luxurious, peaceful, and full of heart. We can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here for a few days at their beachfront villa. First of all, the surrounding nature is beautiful and impressive. The architecture of the rooms is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. However there is very little privacy. You can look into almost every room and garden/private pool and in the evenings, due to light inside the rooms there is even less privacy. Rooms are very close to each other. Service was good and the staff was super friendly. However, it is a remote location and options to go into town are limited and charged. Given the remoteness of the location, there is not a whole lot to do at the resort and I think stuff like unmotorised watersports etc should be free and not charged for and food options could be better (and cheaper) as there are no local alternatives. Food is decent, I did not think it was great (esp the western food), Thai food was pretty tasty. Overall this is a recommendable hotel, but I do think the price is too high for what it offers. 250-300eur a night for the beach side rooms would be good price in my view. EDIT after response: Bit of a strange response, nowhere did I say we did not find any activities to our liking, nor that we were looking for "shopping and nightlife". Strange assumptions. I only say given the remoteness of the location, acivities such as kayaking or supping etc should be free instead of charged. Also, read many other reviews about the privacy. It is a common observation and has nothing to do with barefoot luxury. These are not mutually exclusive concepts.

A very perfect escape, we stayed in 2 different rooms types, tree house and beach front villas, the rooms are clean, functioned, fully equipped with in door jacuzzi, swimming pool, bathtub, a bar, smart TV, speakers, working desk with fantastic ocean view. Breakfast was so good with complimentary evening cocktail. The entire management team did their hard work to ensure your pleasant stay. Thanks a lot to Khun Urs and Khun Su!!!

Located on a remote part of the island, the whole hotel area is very calm, relaxing and close to nature. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this hotel is your perfect destination. The Treehouse villas are very spacious and comfortable, the food is excellent and most important, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Thanks a lot to the hotel team and Urs, you made our stay very pleasant.
