This hotel was absolutely immaculate and beautifully design. Everything felt very well thought through and the overall atmosphere was calm, elegant and welcoming. The quality to price ratio was excellent, it truly felt like great value for what was offered. I also really appreciated the size of the hotel: it wasn't too big or overwhelming, which made the stay feel more personal and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, with high quality food and a great selection, we also had dinner at the hotel which was excellent. The staff were friendly and kind throughout our stay, always polite and helpful, the spa was great, I had several massages, which were fantastic and very professional. A special mention goes to Ngan, Trang and Truc, who were increadibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect experience.

Truly a five star hotel! Stayed here for 5 nights and checking out today. The hotel has a really nice relaxing vibe and the rooms are modern, homey and clean. What really sets this hotel apart from other luxury hotels I’ve stayed at in vn is their attention to detail. Every night the lights in the room are dimmed and used towels are replaced and chocolate and a little bed time story is placed on your pillow ❤️ on the last night they even wrote a handwritten letter and brought over a little cake. All these little things makes the guest feel appreciated. And all the staff here is so nice. Everyone from reception, restaurant/bar, housekeeping and pool guards all seem so genuine. Will definetly come back when I’m in hcmc next time for a little weeekend getaway from the big city.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The French colonial/Indochine decor is stunning. Everything is well maintained and finished to a high specification. The value for what you get is excellent and it is one of the nicest five star hotels I've been too. We are already planning to come back. The staff (Thang - life guard and Nam - breakfast trainee, among many others) and service was exemplary (minus long wait times for a coffee at breakfast). It was perfect. Thank you!

Sincerely, one of the best hotels we every stayed at - we loved every second at this gem. The rooms are very spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh and high quality, from the materials to the overall atmosphere. It was quiet, comfortable, and genuinely relaxing to come back to the room after a day out. The only downside was that Netflix was not supported on the TV. Service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly, professional, and highly attentive. The staff really make an effort to make guests feel welcome and to fulfill every request. Check-in was smooth and included a welcome drink and snack. The only small improvement would be spending a couple of minutes showing new guests around the property and explaining the facilities in more detail. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge selection of both Western and Vietnamese options, fresh fruits, and changing items from day to day — especially the noodle soups. The hotel has two large and very nice pools as well as direct beachfront access. Even when the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded thanks to the spacious layout and good distribution across the property, with multiple bars and restaurants. One minor downside is that some guests reserve sunbeds early in the morning and then don’t use them for hours, which can make it slightly annoying to find a decent spot at peak times. The gym is well equipped for keeping fit during a vacation — not huge, but more than sufficient — and small details like towels, water, and bananas being provided were appreciated. Also there is a nice game room with pool, and table tennis. The location is excellent, especially for kitesurfing. Several kite schools are located directly on the beach right in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient. Due to the strong winds and the number of kiters during the day, swimming in the sea is better in the morning, while pools are a good option later on. In general, the hotel is centrally located in Mui Né’s main tourist area, with many restaurants, spas, and shops nearby, all easily reachable on foot or by Grab. The area itself is touristy, but there are plenty of good seafood restaurants around.

I have stayed in so many different hotels all over the world, The Anam Mui Ne is definitely one of the best Me and my partner had to move from two other hotels in the area due to insufficient services. Luckily The Anam welcomed us and helped to change the situation into a positive experience. Special thanks to Mr. Hung Anh who went out of this way to support and provide excellent service and care for us. Every staff is truly professional and service minded here. Cleaning & turn down service of room happened exactly at requested times. The place have a grounded and sophisticated energy with high quality finishing that’s just enjoyable to be around I’m highly impressed of this place and its people, and will definitely come back again
