Service: 🕴️ The staff: resort was top reviewed on many pages for the service and the service was truly outstanding, staffs were very accommodating and attentive. 🌬️ Spa: love it here, tried the body scrub and was very healing, the lady was very gentle with the organic scrubs and didnt have any recation afterwards. Also had the hair-washing session and love the scents that they used. Very fresh, organic, giving sweet argan oil scents. I really like their hair oil (wish I asked for the brand) 🌟 Special gifts (8/10): (only applicable when you stay in this type of room) We had the tea-set floating table that was brought directly to the room. Was very on time and the staffs were very delicate with setting the table on the swimming pool and food was very nice. Especially the savory ones. They got salmon rolls, creamy seafood tarts, ceviche(?) smth similar to that. Also got the tote organic bag from the resort and a fan as the special gift. Not much and honestly not very surprising. But the tote bag was very cute so 8/10 for the general special gifts that the resort offers Additional: the resort also have other amenities such as entertainment room, gym, and traditional activities and yoga throughout the week. — Honestly, we did look forward to more special service/gifts that the resort can offer since the private suite with the private pool is quite pricey, but not many special services included. However, the service, atmosphere, pool view, a small quiet community here is perfect for ones seek for peace. Would rate the experience for 8/10

I was very excited when I booked The Anam Mui Ne and my choice turned out to be absolutely right. Everything was perfect. The genuinely kind staff (especially Vy, who was so friendly that he left a strong impression on me), beautiful performance by the pianist, well maintained swimming pools, sparkling private beach, spa with some of the best therapists I’ve ever met in my life, clean and cozy rooms, thoughtful turndown service, and the delicious breakfast. I had a truly relaxing stay and am already planning to visit again. Thank you so muchXD

I spent seven of the best days of my life in this hotel! 💫 From the very first moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff are unbelievably kind, friendly, and attentive — they truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. The food was outstanding, every meal a small masterpiece full of flavor and care. The rooms are beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and designed with such elegance and attention to detail. The entire hotel looks like a work of art, every corner radiates style, harmony, and warmth. Honestly, this place is not just a hotel — it’s an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime. We stayed for six nights and absolutely loved the hotel, from the amenities and décor to the lighting, service, and staff. Truly excellent. Our only remark concerns the enforcement of the pool rules. For example, every day at 8 a.m., all the sunbeds around the pool were already “occupied” by guests who left towels, books, or other items to reserve them, even though they were actually attending yoga classes, having breakfast, or still in their rooms. This made it impossible for guests who genuinely wanted to use the sunbeds to do so. It was extremely frustrating and showed a lack of respect for other customers. Although the staff placed signs stating that unattended sunbeds would be cleared after 30 minutes, this rule was never enforced. Additionally, there is a clear rule prohibiting diving, yet many guests (including adults) were constantly diving. The pool staff should be enforcing these rules

We spent 3 days in the Anam resort. It is a beautiful hotel, designed and decorated with great taste, combining inspiration from the colonial era and more modern references for the outdoor spaces. Room are spacious, well equipped, and with a colonial decoration. This hotel is a great place for a short break : there is enough space around the 2 beautiful pools to get enough privacy and comfort. Last but not least, the service is outstanding. One of our teenagers had a minor injury. The local teams reacted very quickly and efficiently to provide first aid and to find the appropriate medical solution. However, 2 elements to have in mind : western restaurant is pretty expensive and slightly disappointing in terms of choice, contrarily to the Asian restaurant, which we recommend. Mui ne is not the best place for swimming in the sea (more appropriate for kitesurfing)
